Apesar de ser um flat, a cozinha tem fogão , frigobar e microondas, mas utensílios de cozinha praticamente não tem.
No meu caso só tinha 2 copos 1 garfo e 2 pratos, nada mais .

Cons:

Apartamento antigo, mobília e instalações precisam ser atualizadas. Fomos em dia frio e chuvoso, ar condicionado somente frio. Piso frio. Na área de circulação (corredor) o meio do prédio é aberto de onde se pode ver o último andar e o térreo. Apesar de existir guarda corpo, que tem crianças precisa estar atento pois é aberto.

Um bom hotel que pode melhorar
Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã e do pessoal do restaurante. A sopa é deliciosa!

Cons:

Não gostei de ter de subir um monte de escadas e de descer carregando as malas. Deveria haver uma rampa. Ou seja, não há acessibilidade. Os móveis do quarto precisam de reforma, estão velhos. A televisão não pega todos os canais, o que retrata falat de manutenção

O apartamento, o maior disponível, foi excelente. Muito confortável e bem decorado.

Cons:

Para o tamanho do hotel, achei o restaurante pequeno.
Chega a ter fila na hora de maior movimento no café da manhã.

Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Otimo café da manhã e a comida do restaurante muito boa. Bom chuveiro, cama confortável.
