A lovely hotel and great staff!
Pros:

Good location and lovely grounds for a wedding venue. The staff were absolutely brilliant. All were happy, welcoming and helpful, especially as the temperatures were extreme. They alone would make me visit again.

Cons:

It did t have air conditioning and we stayed during a heatwave. I’ll forgive them for this though, not many UK hotels outside of cities have air con. A fan in the room would have helped, though.

Decor is dated, bed not too comfortable
Prom night, so carpark and entrance road busy, waited quite a while for check in. But otherwise, Prom group didn’t affect our stay.

Good location . Reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location . Restaurant on site.

Cons:

No fans in the room. Curtains wouldn’t close. (We have given feedback to the hotel .)Not quite as good as the photos showed.

The room was very very hot.. We had to request a fan which was provided immediately but this was a dog friendly room as well and after paying £25 extra would of thought the room would of been more suitable..

I like the hotel but a hoover over the floor would have resolved the dog hair and TV didn't work.

Nieces wedding
Pros:

The beautiful venue and grounds for my nieces wedding we had a lovely day staff and food was amazing our room was comfy and clean and breakfast was yummy 😋 xx

A nice hotel for the price.
Pros:

A nice hotel for the price in a lovely location. The breakfast was very good with nice quality produce. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a nice view from the window.

Cons:

There was a poster in the reception area stating you could purchase a bottle of wine for £14. This offer turned out to be a takeaway price only for people staying in lodges and not for hotel guests, it's misleading.

Rubbish, never again and would not recomend to anyone.
Pros:

The only staff members that were friendly and could raise a smile were the 2 ladies on breakfast duties.
And they could speak.

Cons:

The whole of the bar and dinning room team looked like they didn't want to be there, service without the smile.
