Excited experience in the heart of the Florence!
Pros:

Perfect location, in the heart of the city, staf was very kind and helpful, we receive voucher for free drinks in the bar and was so nice.
Alessandro and Alessandra give us so nice welcoming and attitude. Thanks guys for everything!

Home away from home!!!!
Pros:

I think this is our 6th time staying here. This hotel is awesome. As soon as you walk in the door you know you picked the right place. Santiago, Andru, Alessandro, Matteo, Lorenzo and all the girls (i"m sorry I don't have their names) are wonderful. Anything you need they will help you. The rooms are quiet, clean and so comfortable. The best shower of our trip. Great water pressure and hot water. If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return.

Very nice hotel and excellent staff. Comfortable and enjoyable experience
Pros:

It was a small but excellent property. Loved it.

Cons:

I loved the property and its staff. They were so helpful. They made excellent dining suggestions and made the reservations for us. They gave us sightseeing tips, shopping tips. They were always ready to go out of the way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would mention Alessandro and Andrew as we interacted with them the most but the rest of the staff was excellent too

Great stay at San Frienza Suites and Spa
Pros:

Great central location. Our room had a great view and quiet. Staff very friendly and tried to be helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great with great service.

Cons:

The property looks a bit tired, but still is very comfortable and quiet.

Pros:

Location was amazing and staff very friendly. . Definitely a nice place to stay and enjoy Florence, you can do everything by walk. Also the staff gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

Room a bit small for the price but we went for Easter so quite expensive timing.

A short stay, here is pleasant, but anything longer than a few days, not worth it!

Unfortunately, a few things.
After extending stay, they only had one option “ discounted price “ I wish they would’ve mentioned it was in the center of the hotel next to the elevator where you could hear everything! Including my neighbors next-door. The walls were so thin I could hear them breathe!
Housekeeping did not meet basic expectations. I cannot recall a single visit where supplies were refilled correctly—items like soap, lotion, hair caps, and trash removal were repeatedly overlooked.
On one late night return to the room, I still had unresolved housekeeping concerns and had to contact the front desk to bring up some necessary items. Also, breakfast was redundant, especially if you have an extended stay here.

性价比一般，很想象中有较大差距，这个价格在佛罗伦萨可以选择更好想酒店，也就骗一下游客。
Pros:

服务很好，工作人员态度热情。床铺舒适。地理位置好。

Cons:

浴室花洒坏了没人修，电视机旁边两个插座都是假插座没通电，作为四星级餐厅矿泉水居然不是免费的，一瓶要3.5欧，只能用来洗脸，喝起来嗓子疼，水质粗糙。SPA水疗和按摩是分开收费的，技师手法一般，性价比低，按完没有放松的感觉，这个程度还敢叫SPA酒店真的是自吹自擂了。

Hidden Gem in Florence
Pros:

Second time here, we walked into the lobby to check in, and it smelled like freshly cut flowers. We were greeted like we were special and welcome. Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were two of us on girls' trip, so the double beds were perfect. Love the atmosphere, modern but cozy. Complimentary Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Location is excellent, close to everything. Great value and service, highly recommend!
