Staying at San Firenze was a great choice to start our Italy trip from Florence .
Pros:

1. The central location of the property . Uffizi and palazzo Vecchio are 1 min ! Duomo is 5 mins , Santa Croce basilica 7 and Accademia 12 mins walk. Choice of some amazing restaurants in the area as well.
2. Staff - very welcoming and helpful. Special mention and thanks to Andrew who helped us and gave some amazing recommendations from the time we were welcomed inside the hotel
3. Spacious room- party of 4- 2 adults and 2 kids (but 17 and 14) . We booked the suite and the kids were given sofa beds in the living area section which were very comfortable and spacious. The bedroom had a a dome view and comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Just have to be a little careful getting in and out of the bathtub shower since it’s pretty high.

Cons:

It was great. No complaints at all.

Outstanding Boutique hotel centrally located with an outstanding staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

This is an incredible place to stay while in Florence. It is centrally located, right behind the Palazzo Vecchio, a few blocks from the Duomo and an easy walk to Ponte Vecchio. There is a bank at the Palazzo Vecchio and had an easy ATM to use. The room was beautiful looking out on Piazza Sam Firenze. Excellent reasonable restaurants were just streets away. The staff was lovely and so helpful in all things. Allesandro provided us with 4 restaurant ideas, of which we ate at three and they were all wonderful. Yusra (spelling) and Gloria were engaging and so knowledgeable . One morning we had to meet a tour bus before breakfast started and the hotel put together two breakfast bags for us to take with us.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay. We have no negative comments

Excellent Choice
Pros:

Really everything. Staff was gracious, accommodating and helpful. Location was perfect and the rooms/bed well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been slightly bigger.

Pros:

Very central and very clean. Santiago on the front desk also went over and above to recommend restaurants to my husband’s taste and kindly organised breakfast for us on the final day despite missing the timings. Incredibly kind and professional

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in May, 2026. It is a beautiful hotel in a central location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly as were all the employees we met. There was a wonderful breakfast served every morning. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A great hotel
Pros:

This hotel is great! I have stayed here several times and the reasons I come back are
-the front desk staff is great and so helpful
-the breakfast is delicious and a vast array of sweet and savory. The servers will also prepare a special request if you have one.
-the ladies who take care of the rooms go the extra mile to make sure your room is clean and comfortable and to your liking.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excited experience in the heart of the Florence!
Pros:

Perfect location, in the heart of the city, staf was very kind and helpful, we receive voucher for free drinks in the bar and was so nice.

Home away from home!!!!
Pros:

I think this is our 6th time staying here. This hotel is awesome. As soon as you walk in the door you know you picked the right place. Santiago, Andru, Alessandro, Matteo, Lorenzo and all the girls (i"m sorry I don't have their names) are wonderful. Anything you need they will help you. The rooms are quiet, clean and so comfortable. The best shower of our trip. Great water pressure and hot water. If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return.
