Pros:

The room was lovely and very comfortable. Amazing value for money in general. We loved the facilities and made the most of them. Breakfast was very nice and generally the staff were nice to us. I would recommend this hotel it had everything you could need.

Cons:

The bar was slightly expensive but that was expected. However, there was a manager who was rude to us when we were sat at the pool. He wanted us to go inside when the pool was not closed and instead of asking politely he was immediately impolite and disrespectful about it.

Le personnel du restaurant et la piscine étaient sympas

Cons:

On a réservé 5 chambres et ils nous ont donné une chambre qui n'était pas propre et très bruyante. Le personnel de la réception et la direction ont été super désagréables et n'arrêtaient pas de répéter que l'hôtel était complet, puis ils nous ont changés de chambre quand j'ai demandé l'annulation totale de la réservation. et le quartier n'est pas terrible, il y a déjà eu plusieurs cas de touristes étrangers harcelés dans la rue

Cons:

The hotel location was reasonable, but the traffic around the hotel was extremely busy, which made getting to and from the hotel quite difficult.

The room itself felt rather dated. The door locks were very old-fashioned, and unfortunately the hotel was extremely noisy, particularly at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

We also found the system for room cleaning quite inconvenient. Guests are expected to leave their room key at reception if they want the room cleaned. As we tended to return to the hotel in the late afternoon to escape the heat, our room was often not cleaned at all.

Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, although very few spoke English, which occasionally made communication difficult for us as British tourists.

The highlight of the hotel was definitely the rooftop bar, which was lovely and a very enjoyable place to relax.

Overall, there were some positives, but the noise, dated room facilities and room-cleaning system unfortunately affected our stay.

Piscine et rooftop fort agréables !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, avec un accueil chaleureux et une piscine très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le rooftop est également très sympa pour dîner tout en profitant d’un spectacle. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons !

Okay area and hotel. Good and fast laundry service.

Cons:

The personnel were really rude, the travel agency that works with them is really expensive, there were people fully dressed in the pool, the room had no windows.
The restaurant has a show every night that starts at 20.30pm, and it feels like they are playing the drums in your room. It's also expensive and not good. There's even a 400Rs. Service charge for a water & service, and they were expecting a tip on top of it. This charge wasn't disclosed in the menu.

People at the hotel didn't speak a word of english (basic communication like asking for a sprite wasn't possible).

We expected a place to relax after a long day visiting the city, and this is not the right place to do so.
