Guest Reviews
Location was pretty fantastic , easy to commute through uber , Rapido. Train station just 10 mins away . The hotel had a traditional vibe . Dance and puppet show in the evening . The food was pretty good too.
The staff was pretty amazing and eager to help. Specially the young guy at reception who was nice and gave us lot of insight about the place .
Actually the best thing about our girls trip was the hotel 😊
Some minor things were there but they fixed it quickly upon request
Helpful staff. Food was delicious .

Un excelente hotel para vivir la experiencia de estar en un palacio. Buena comida y atencion.
All details very well looked after and very kind staff
Not very good breakfast
Staff were nice/helpful and the cultural show was fun. Dinner was delicious Indian food. Breakfast buffet was ok.
It was difficult to contact the hotel. I tried through booking.com, email and calling but no response to any. Felt like price was high for what we got.
Great location, excellent atmosphere, good service from staffs.
All good.
All staff except reception
Breakfast was good
Room was ok
Reception staff was not welcoming at all ( this is a pity as all the rest of the staff was very nice). It seems it was an effort for them to provide us bottle of water or to advise us on anything.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom during all of our stay.
The room was clean, but we have to ask the water, and basic things like toothpaste, milk powder multiple times on call.
There was no pickup from railway station as promised, and nobody picked up the call or have seen messages on chat after paying the full amount, the number on the booking.com was wrong & I've told that at their reception desk.
There was a needle that I found in my bed. I don't know from where it came, but it might have injured me or my family members pretty bad, if I haven't seen it on time.
room size was decent for family room but hsould have had 2 washroom / bathroom
breakfast was awfully poor
