Svært god beliggenhet og svært hyggelig personal. God mat, sentralt hotell i et fint område. Air-conditioning. Fint bad. Reint hotell. Vinduer med fransk balkong. Fine omgivelser. God trening å gå trapper.

Cons:

Sofa seng var svært ubehagelig. Ingen tempura seng. Heis så liten at ikke ble brukt til annet enn få mennesker.

De vriendelijkheid van personeel, perfecte locatie tenopzichte van parijs.

Cons:

Het kalk aan douche kop en aan badkamer kraan. Kwam niet zo proper over, ook schap waar klein gerief op lag indien je dit vergeten was lag vol met stof en viezigheid. Matras was te hard voor me maar ik snap dat ze niet voor iedereen een andere matras kunnen voorzien

Très agréable séjour hôtel idéalement situé et personnel très sympathique et souriant c’est un plaisir
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute l’emplacement est parfait le petit déjeuner très copieux et plutôt varié

Cons:

La sale de petit déjeuner est au sous sol sans fenêtre mais c’est très supportable car le sourire et la gentillesse de l’hôtesse nous font oublier ce détail

L'emplacement et le rapport avec le client.Personnel sympa

Cons:

La propreté laisse un peu à revoir, déchet sous les lits(élastique à cheveux, plastique de bonbons,etc.et ce à notre arrivée .Pour le reste rien à dire

top locatie maar hotel is echt niet de moeite.

De locatie was het grootste troef van dit hotel. De rest een ramp.

Cons:

Slaapbank was een ramp. Elke keer dat je beweegt maak je de rest van de kamer wakker. Lakens waren vuil. Vloer was vuil. Bad was vuil. Te weinig handdoeken in de badkamer. Ook na melding waren en nog te weinig. Wij hebben extern ontbijt genomen omdat ze daar zo triest was.

We recently stayed at Le Malown and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We booked two rooms for four people, but by the end of our stay we discovered that one of the rooms had not been cleaned even once, while the other room was serviced daily.
The towels were not changed, the beds were never made, rubbish was not removed, and the rooms were not vacuumed throughout our stay. We also noticed that the two rooms were not equal in size or facilities - one was noticeably larger and better equipped than the other, despite both being booked as the same type of room.
Additionally, the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working properly. The lowest temperature we could get was 27°C, which made the room very uncomfortable. Since the phone in the room was not working, we had to go to reception every time we needed assistance.
Overall, the lack of housekeeping, the difference between the rooms, and the unresolved air conditioning issue significantly affected our stay. We expected a much higher standard of service and attention to detail.

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Das Personal war äußerst unfreundlich. Alles anders wie auf Booking.com steht beispielsweise check in und Check Out Zeiten. Zimmer waren ekelhaft, dreckig, schimmelig und sehr klein. Alles sehr eng. Die Teppiche bei der stiege schmutzig, dreckig. Das Frühstück alles anders als ansprechend. Auf den Türen, Fernseher überall fettige Fingerabdrücke - wir kommen nie mehr wieder!
