Una bella signora che deve rifarsi il trucco
Pros:

La posizione strategica per raggiungere le più belle zone

Cons:

La struttura conserva un bel fascino e ricco di storia. Ma la struttura ha bisogno di alcuni interventi interni come la guida sulle scale e i corridoi, che portano alle stanze, vecchi e in alcuni tratti sdruciti ai lati. Su tutto però i materassi, vecchi e scomodi. Una struttura come questa meriterebbe un'attenta ispezione. Come ad esempio una migliore sorveglianza dei cani che in alcuni casi i padroni lasciano liberi di girare indisturbati in piscina o tra i tavoli durante la colazione. Ultima nota il parcheggio che forse sarebbe meglio non farsi pagare visto che diventa difficile in alcuni giorni trovare un posto libero.

Une belle escapade très agréable pour se détendre au bord du lac de garde (même sous la pluie)
Pros:

Lit confortable, très bonne localisation, petit déjeuner très garni et pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Couloir mal isolé et donc un peu bruyant la nuit.

Great location, breakfast is really good, comfortable bed

Cons:

Some furniture was broken in our room (eg chairs on the balcony) during cleaning we didn’t get refill on the bathroom items (liquid soap)

Assolutamente da sconsigliare, o meglio non al prezzo che si deve pagare.
Pros:

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione. Molto centrale e comoda.

Cons:

Struttura decadente, la struttura e’ storica ma questo non giustifica l’assenza di manutenzione nelle camere.
Nelle foto caricate su Booking doveva esserci presente il bidè che non c’era.
Lo scuro aveva il blocco rotto ed era impossibile quindi chiuderlo, regolarmente si apriva e quindi alle 6,30 la stanza era già illuminata a giorno rendendo impossibile dormire.
L’aria condizionata non aveva la velocità di ventilazione regolabile, o meglio c’erano le varie velocità ma anche variandole rimaneva sempre la stessa velocità (al massimo) rendendo impossibile dormire per il forte rumore. Fatto presente alla reception ma probabilmente non era possibile ripararla.
Il pavimento in parquet era sollevato in diversi punti.
Muri sporchi in diversi punti.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf en komen graag nog eens terug!
Pros:

De vrije ligging van de tuin en zwembad. Maar ook de airco gekoelde kamer was zalig bij temperaturen boven de 38 graden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet!

Cons:

Iets minder was het water van douche. Het ging doorlopend van ijskoud naar gloeiend heet en was daardoor niet op temperatuur te krijgen .
Maar dit was slechts het enige wat niet goed was.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, ambiente storico ma ben curato e mantenuto, bellissimo giardino con zone ombreggiate e piscina indispensabile per chi non ama la spiaggia del lago. Colazione fantastica con ogni possibilità di scelta dolce e salata, ottima scelta anche per chi ha intolleranze alimentari. Lo staff sempre gentile e attento ad ogni richiesta, essenziale anche il parcheggio interno.Vacanza molto rilassante.

Meglepett 1-2 dolog, pl. A folyosón lévő szőnyegen nagyon régiek,.lyikasak,.kopottak voltak, a Wc ülőke mállott szét. Ez a 2 dolog volt zavaró.
