Cons:

Frühstück war nicht gut. Schade dass die Früchte im August alle gefroren waren. Man kann nur Bar zahlen oder überweisen. Das kann doch nicht sein im Jahr 2026!!!

Pros:

Great location. Just between the bus station and the downtown. The room is quiet small but has the things you need. AC functioned well. Also provided free bottle water. Just Something need to be fixed,like the showerglass was shaking. And the safe box couldn't use. We informed the Reception First day arrived but nobody fixed it during the 3 nights We stayed.

Pros:

La literie est exceptionnelle. La climatisation fonctionne très bien.

Cons:

La salle de bain est séparée de la chambre par une simple vitre, ce qui fait qu'aller aux toilettes est délicat quand quelqu'un est dans la chambre...
La chambre est sombre: meubles et rideaux.
L'ascenseur est minuscule.

Pros:

Tesisin şehir merkezine yakın olması, otobüs tramvay duraklarına yakın olması, yakınında market olması çok güzel. Ayrıca otelden ayrılışımız sırasında bize küçük paket hazırlamışlar çok hoştu. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Asansör ve katlarda odalara geçerken kullanılan alan çok dar. Bebek arabasını asansöre bindirmek oldukça güç. Taban döşemeleri çok gıcırdıyor. Odalarda daha önce sigara içildiği belli kokuyordu perdeler. Fiyat performans olarak bence pahalı.

Pros:

- Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof sowie von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.
- Die Betten und Kissen im Hotel sind sehr bequem. Man schläft wirklich gut.
-Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und reagiert schnell, wenn es Probleme gibt.
- Die Möbeln sind neu. Das Bad sowie die Sanitäranlagen auch. Moderne Beleuchtung.
- Das Frühstück ist lecker und sieht optisch schön aus. Ich würde allerdings empfehlen, früh da zu sein. Es gibt Gerichte aus der Karte und wenn man zu Stoßzeiten kommt, wartet man sehr lange, bis man was zu essen bekommt.
-Bei der Abreise haben wir ein kleines Geschenk mit Getränken bekommen. Das war nett.

Cons:

- Es gibt keine "offizielle" Treppe von der Rezeption zu den Zimmern im 1. und 2. Stock. Man kann die Treppe nur dann benutzen, wenn das Restaurant, das sich ebenfalls unten auf der Ebene der Rezeption befindet, geöffnet ist. Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Aufzug. Wenn man klaustrophobisch ist, ist es eine kleine oder in meinem Fall jedes Mal eine große Herausforderung.
- Wir hatten leider Pech mit unseren Handtüchern. Ein Blutfleck und ein Stück benutzter Zahnseide waren die Überbleibsel der anderen Gäste. Daraufhin hat das Personal schnell reagiert und die Handtücher gewechselt.
- Es gab auch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Das Personal hat sich aber sehr schnell darum gekümmert. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten hat uns Hotel zwei Frühstückmahlzeiten geschenkt.
-Die Zimmer sind klein.
- Man kann nur bar bezahlen.
- Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht.
