Location is great, within walking distance to main attractions in the city. We also had breakfast once in the restaurant and it was really good value at 11 Euros for unlimited a la carte food and drinks. The reception staff also helped us book an airport transfer on departure day, very helpful!
As with many European accommodations, the shower stall screen doesn't close all the way so the bathroom floor near the door got a bit wet (a sliding door would've prevented that). The default A/C setting was also fixed to heating mode when it was still not that cold, so we had to open the window to let the cool air in but our room (302) was right next to the main road, so it was either a noisy night or a very warm night.

The location was good. It was walkable to places we wanted to go. We loved breakfast at the hotel. It was affordable and the food was so delicious. We would love to stay there again for our next visit.
The hotel did not accept any major credit cards for payment. It was a hazel for us trying to get cash out from the bank. We stayed there a few days and we didn’t carry large amount of cash while traveling afar.

The breakfast was really exceptionally good. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Plus the hotel is in a great location, very central. I thought it was great value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Interesting decor, windows that open, couch, late check out.
No free breakfast, expensive, house keeper didn’t knock before entering, mold in the grout of bathroom.
Only location and breakfast was good.
Bathroom faucet had problem
No slippery inside room.
Mattress had problem. It had a tilting to left side.
Sound of resident in another room came to my room. I woke up every night because next door neighbor was waking and sound of his steps was clearly come to my room.
Waiter brought coffee for breakfast for me and he left it another side of table. I had to stand up to pick my coffee.Her attitude was not very nice.it happened on 6 October.
The receptionist lady ( her name is Tea) in the morning was polite and helpful. She was nice in act and attitude. But, another lady who gave the service in breakfast was not really kind on 7 October. She was acting very bad.
One lady who were working as barista in coffee-shop with glasses in the morning of 6 and 7 October was acting angry. She always give negative energy with her act.
She did not have a nice hospitality act. She was not talking respectful.
The man who was in the morning breakfast was a perfect man. Tea ( reception) was very kind and nice. And also Tea Manged alot of problems to keep me satisfied.
Only those two ladies in restaurant with glasses and the lady with extended (plastic) Eyelashes did bad act.
The rest of team , especialy Tea and the man in breakfast were nice.
