Wunderschönste Aussicht, persönliche Gastgeber, ruhige Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach wunderbar. Persönlich geführt, in einer herrlichen Lage. Aus dem Schlafzimmer konnten wir auf das Wasser schauen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut; schmackhaft, liebevoll angerichtet. Das Abendessen schmeckte uns auch sehr gut. Das Hotel ist inhabergeführt, was man an jeder Stelle in bester Weise merkt. Carolina, Stefan und Laura sind präsent und sowohl diskret als auch persönlich bemüht und interessiert. Wunderbare Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben und würden gerne wieder kommen!

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Lovely stay with lovely hosts.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay in the lodges here - views were fabulous, it was a big room, lovely balcony, cute warm woodburner, good homely food, and incredibly helpful hosts.

Cons:

The shower was either freezing or boiling - very difficult to get the right temperature.

Our favorite accommodation on a six week trip!
Pros:

We LOVED El Mirador lodge for the view, the design of the villas, comfort, the wood burning stove, the shower, the bedding, the mini-fridge not to mention the service. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant offered very good options for breakfast and dinner and did their best to accommodate my husbands vegan diet.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights to explore the South Side of the lake.
Pros:

Lovely, secluded chalet with great views across the lake to the mountains beyond.
Good breakfasts and dinners. Plenty of useful and friendly advice from our hosts.

Cons:

Shower wasn't great. Hard to get a comfortable water temperature.

Pros:

The food , breakfast and dinner were excellent along with the service . The location was ideal to use as a base and go off and visit the highlights of the region.

Pros:

The location on the lake is extremely beautiful. All the cabins are private, secluded, and have a nice view. The staff were professional and pleasant, and the host was especially helpful with recommendations for what to do during my visit (everything was closing early for the season due to the coronavirus crisis). Meals in the restaurant were well prepared and presented.
