The categorization of the hotel as a four star is misleading. With small rooms, no elevator and no proper hot breakfast,

The double bed is too small for two people. There was no elevator. Only a basic continental breakfast is provided and delivered to the rooms because the hotel has no dinning room.

המקום היה נקי ונעים ,היה לנו ממש כיף לשהות שם ,והמלון נמצא באזוא מצויין וקרוב לחניות רכבות וכו

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and very well air-conditioned. In the middle of a heatwave, this was something I was worried about, but it was such a relief to come back to the room each night. The bathroom was a good size too and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is also perfect with excellent public transport access. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The included breakfast isn't great. It's convenient if you're in a hurry but there's so many nicer options in the area.

Windows were old. Not double glazed.. really old Windows. The sound from outside was terrible was awake nearly all night both nights. Was terrible. Although I said I didn't want breakfast on the first morning. I wasn't offered breakfast on the 2nd morning. Until I was leaving. I was offered a box with breakfast. But I had enough to carry without extra stuff that should have been offered to me in the first place. The lamps on the side of the bed we're a nuisance as you couldn't put your phone or drink on there without knocking the phone off. Toilet was a bit dirty at the back. Which I felt for the price it should have been spotless. Doors slam when other guests are in an out. There is clearly updates needed. But dont think you get value for money. Oh the air con was ok. But I was told I had to shut the window for best results. But then because the room was small. You ended up cold. No win situation
