La habitación triple era un poco justa de tamaño.
Literally not enough space to walk past bed to bathroom. Had to climb over every time.
The room was kinda cute
The room was pretty small and incovenient. For example, should you put your only seat in front of the tiny desk, then you won't be able to open the bathroom. Shower had no hot water on 2 of the 3 times I used it.
Breakfast is delivered to your bedroom on an agreed time, but I didn't get the chance to try it because apparently there were a mix up of the time and they delivered it when I was already gone.

Second building doesn’t have a lift which is difficult with suitcases, although reception team helped me at both check-in and check-out.

The boxed breakfast surprisingly kept me full. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. It was quiet even though it is next to the busy road. It is close to everything such as fast food, great restaurants, shops (clothing and groceries), train and bus station. The staff were great and accommodating.
No lifts to our room. Although there's a lift to the reception.
Location was fine
I expected a room in a four-star hotel to be four-star, but it was a two-star room. What’s the point having a lift to reception when there’s no lift to the rooms.
No window, skylight didn’t work, air conditioning was noisy, stale smell. Carpet was loose, bathroom tiles and shower fittings old and shabby. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast was delivered later than expected and not a four-star breakfast- juice wasn’t cold, stale croissant, cereal bar, crackers, soft cheese triangle and a green banana , it reminded me of a school lunch box.

The Hammersmith location is an easy in easy out of London location with everything you need to settle in . The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
