Pros:

Sentralt hotell, trygt og godt, greie folk, koselig atmosfære, god frokost, myke senger, veldig deilig dusj.
Helt greit til prisen.

Cons:

Veldig smale senger, om man er vant til annet. Mye larm utenfra hele døgnet, ikke lysskjerming, gardinene rakk ikke over vinduene og etterlot seg glipper. Sov max 2 timer den natta.
ALLE som jobber på dette hotellet, i Tromsø, i Norge, snakker kun engelsk.
Blir nok ikke å komme tilbake.

Veldig hyggelig folk som jobbet der, var veldig behjelpelig og gi gode råd om hvilken busstopp som kunne brukes.

Cons:

Jeg likte Leligheten jeg bodde i, men skulle ha hatt en vifte eller noe. Ble veldig varmt om natten så vi måtte ha vinduet oppe, og siden vi bodde i sentrum var det en del bråk utenfor. Skulle også ha hatt sol dekende gardiner ble litt for lyst.

Świetny hotel w przyzwoitej cenie
Pros:

Przytulny i spokojny hotel, miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania, dostęp do kawy cały dzień. Popołudniowe gofry. Świetna lokalizacja

Einmal FIRST, nie wieder FIRST

Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet gut und umfangreich

Cons:

Das Hotel wird wissentlich überbucht, die Gäste werden dann auf Schwesternhotels von FIRST verteilt. In unserem Fall mussten wir ins Vikings. Was für eine Absteige!
Abgewohnt, Bohrlöcher in Fliessen und Wänden, laut, unwirtlich. Weder Fön noch Wasserkocher noch Kaffee/ Tee auf dem Zimmer( wie es in der Beschreibung hiess), der im Zimmer befindliche Kühlschrank defekt,der Joghurt der vorherigen Person noch darin. Keine Gardine, nur ein Verdunkelungsvorhang, das das Fenster sxhwierig zu öffnen. Zum Frühstück muss man ins Amelie, da es kein Frühstück im Vikings gibt.
