Acogedor, cómoda ubicación, volvería sin lugar a dudas
Pros:

Alquilé un apto y la experiencia fue excelente por las instalaciones y detalles interiores, la ubicación inmejorable, cerca del muelle, del centro, locales gastronómicos, de diversión nocturna, de compras, el personal súper disponible, buen desayuno, volvería solo por las tartas y el caffe latte del mattino, buenísima estadía, altamente recomendable!!

Cons:

La verdad q estuvo todo muy bueno pero si debo encontrar una “imperfección” menciono q cama hacía ruido al moverse uno, quizás faltaba un poco de ajuste, solo eso.

la Direzione dell'albergo, alla quale ho descritto vai mail i disservizi, non ha nemmeno risposto

Cons:

La scarsa attenzione al cliente, da migliorare la professionalità dello staff. All'atto della prenotazione avevamo chiesto il lettino per neonato, che all'arrivo presso la struttura non era presente. Presso la camera da letto vi era la tapparella che non chiudeva completamente. Abbiamo segnalato il problema, che non è stato risolto e nemmeno ci è stato dato un feedback, causandoci levataccie mattutine con il nostro figlio piccolo a causa della luce entrante. Presenza in tutta la struttura (albergo principale e dependance) di un unico seggiolino per bambini, non sempre disponibile alla bisogna. In sintesi, a nostro avviso, struttura non adatta per ospitare bambini piccoli.

Nicht die richtige Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt!!!

Der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung. Wir haben nicht im Hotel selbst, sondern im dazugehörigen Apartmenthaus, auf der andren Straßenseite gewohnt. Die Wohnung selbst war groß. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das war aber leider schon alles Positive, was wir über diese Unterkunft sagen können.

Cons:

Achtung vor einer Buchung in diesem Hotel:
Hotel liegt nicht in einer, wie beschrieben, ruhigen Straße, sondern in einer sehr lauten Durchzugsstraße (LKW-Verkehr!!! + laute 24h-Bar!!!).
Da es keine Lärmschutzfenster verbaut sind, ist es somit die ganze Nacht sehr lauft im Apartment.
Das Apartment und vor allem das Badezimmer war durch die Witterung sehr kalt. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht auf Heizen geschaltet werden. Ab dem vorletzten Tag konnten wir die Klimaanlage gar nicht mehr abschalten.
Die beiden Handtuchtrockner im Bad waren außer Betrieb und die Handtücher sind daher bis zum Morgen nicht getrocknet. Außerdem war es im Bad extrem kalt, da es sonst keine Heizmöglichkeit gegeben hat.
Das Hotelpersonal war teilweise sehr unfreundliches, besonders die Hotelleitung. Eine von einem Hotelangestellten zugesagte Vergünstigung wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten in der Unterkunft, wurde zwei Tage später von der Hotelleitung verweigert.
Wir fahren sicherlich nie mehr wieder in diese Unterkunft.

Das Appartement an sich ist sehr schön, bestens eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ebenfalls bestens und absolut ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Lärmentwicklung der auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite der Straße liegenden Bar war speziell in den Nachtstunden über der Grenze des Erträglichen. Bis Mitternacht war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, da die Musik aus der Bar bei geschlossenen Fenstern in Discolautstärke zu hören war.
