In general was positive, considering that all bellagio doesn’t have proper a/c.
Pros:

The location is good, the view from the terrace was nice

Cons:

It was always quite hot inside the apartment, although the fans were working. Most probably because it is located just under the roof, so the fans should be more powerful. Also there was no iron.

Très agréable appartement hors de la cohue
Pros:

Appartement très propre , assez grand pour deux personnes et bien équipé . Situé au calme ce qui est exceptionnel à Bellagio … le centre est une marée humaine de touriste la journée et ne retrouve son calme qu’après que les derniers bateaux ramènent les masses à Côme . Parking compris ce qui est aussi un luxe. Situé à quelques minutes des embarcadères pour les visites . Demandez une chambre avec access à la terrasse

Man bezahlt dafür, dass man dem teuersten Hotel am Ort angegliedert ist, hat aber null Service!
Pros:

Lage wunderbar, ruhig und trotzdem zentral

Cons:

Aussttattung Küche - nichtmal ein Korkenzieher - war nicht wirklich zum Kochen gedacht obwohl die Ausstattung in Internet beworben wurde
Elektronik- Klimanalage, Fensterrolläden funktionierten nicht und konnten während des Feiertages nicht repariert werden
Es war heiß, bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt kein Handtuchwechsel - und das Appartment war teuer
Rezeption selten besetzt
Obwohl dem Hotel angegliedert, durfte man die Anlagen nicht benutzen - ursprünglich war das mal Teil der Leistungen! Wurde wohl kurzfristig geändert - enttäuschend!

Pros:

Gostei da acomodação e localização

Cons:

De não ter serviço de limpeza do quarto. Ficamos 5 dias sem nenhum suporte de limpeza, não recolhem nem o lixo. Sem troca de toalhas de banho, se quiser trocar tem que pagar. Quarto de difícil acesso com bagagens.

Localização e fitness room

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funciona, estava mais fresco lá fora que dentro com o "ar" ligado. Moveis muito antigos, preço bastante elevado para o que é oferecido.
Não possui uma recepção propriamente dita.. falamos com a menina do ginasio para aceder ao nosso quarto.
E o que deixou-me mais insatisfeita.. não possuem um ferro de passar roupa. Em todo o hotel. Absurdo.

Hotel in toller Lage mit herausfordernder Anreise
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Der See und die Innenstadt von Bellagio sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist eine Herausforderung! Es gibt nur eine Zufahrt und die ist durch eine belebte Fußgängerzone. Außerdem muss man erst einmal darauf kommen, dass die Zufahrt entgegen der ganzen "Durchfahrt gesperrt"-Schilder für Hotelgäste erlaubt ist. Wenn man das aber erst einmal weiß, geht es problemlos. Der Check-In hat nicht in der Residence stattgefunden, sondern im Grand Hotel. Dort musste man aber auch erst einmal hinlaufen. Ein Bedienelement für eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden, diese hatte aber keine Funktion.
