Pros:

Hotel stupendo in ottima posizione e in stile Roma antica.

Cons:

Pros:

Excellent stay, great spa BUT it is an extra charge just to sauna and steam room which is a bit greedy when your already paying a premium for rooms. Brunch and dinner great.

Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Staff were very attentive, cannot fault them. We were so happy to see the pool open on our arrival. The weather was beautiful for our entire 3 day stay, but I had read the pool is not usually open until early May (common in Italy) and as we stayed early April I had mentally prepared myself to not be able use the pool. The pool area is stunning and so it was a huge bonus for it to be open.
Breakfast was very good.
They noticed my birthday was a few days before my booking and provided a complimentary round of drinks on arrival, these little things go a long way!
Cappuccino's may be the best I've ever tasted, at 9 euros each they need to be lol, tip - they are included at breakfast so make the most of them!
Finally, my daughter has a severe nut allergy and the staff could not have done anymore to keep her safe when eating at the hotel, which we really appreciated!

Cons:

Only thing to mention is that we were asked if we would like a lemon cello at the end of our meal, when eating in the hotel restaurant one evening, we thought it was a nice gesture as we took this to mean it was a complimentary aperitif, but as it turned out we were charged almost 20 euros for these drinks.
Very minor thing and more of a mis-understanding, just something to be aware of, so to not make the same mistake.

Lovely Hotel but some Design Frustrations
Pros:

Lovely hotel and staff.

Cons:

Bathtub was very awkward to access for seniors. For us it was not clear how to use the 3 taps for the tub/shower arrangement and then to remember this for next time. The large bathtub surround was wide, making it hard to get in and out. The surround was not sloped, so the shower water that accumulated would drain off.
Hotel designers should think more about how to make things accommodating for users, not just think about looks.

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes Zimmer. Alles perfekt sauber.
