La limpieza que se “realiza a diario”, deja mucho que desear siempre estaba sucio el piso, no existió cambio de sábanas.

A localização é ótima. Na avenida das cataratas, com acesso fácil ao aeroporto, perto do shopping Catuaí e em frente ao local de eventos do Eco Resort Bourbon. Café da manhã muito bom, com comida saborosa e variedades. Infraestrutura do hotel bastante aconchegante,

Não tenho nada específico a relatar. Só achei uma pena que a piscina não era aquecida.

Nao recomendo o hotel e não me hospedaria novamente.
Pros:

Bom cafe da manha e localização.

Cons:

Apartamentos com banheiros antigos e falta de manutenção. Fiquei sem agua quente por dois dias, descarga do vaso sanitário quebrada e lâmpada queimada no apartamento. A acomodação oferecida não é compatível com a diária cobrada e o porte do hotel.
