El trato en recepción de la chica y el chico joven. Nos dieron consejos y nos atendieron amablemente.

El desayuno está súper bien, mucha variedad y muy bueno
La cama era demasiado pequeña, aunque era de matrimonio, nos ofrecieron una más grande pero con suplemento!!!
La situación estupenda, a cinco/seis minutos andando de Carrera de la Virgen, y enfrente del Palacio de congresos. El personal súper agradable. Muy limpio. Usamos el servicio de Spa, también muy recomendable.

No nos dio tiempo a disfrutar,fueron los terremotos.
Pues a causa de los terremotos túbimos que abandonar un día antes teníamos mucho miedo,nos dijeron que nos devolverían la noche que perdíamos ,pero no ha sido así,ahora nos dicen mediante correos que no nos devuelven nada que abandonamos nosotros y no es culpa del hotel, evidentemente después de tres terremotos uno de ellos de magnitud 4,8,no podíamos pasar allí la noche,pero lo peor es que nos dijeron allí una cosa y luego a sido otra.

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel, mooie, ruime kamers, lekkere cocktails in de bar, voldoende keuze bij het ontbijt en heerlijk ontspannen in de wellness. Een aanrader! Dit was ons tweede verblijf en we komen zeker nog terug.
