Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Mixed signals: several guests report clean, spacious rooms, but there are repeated complaints about worn towels/almohadas, turbid/dirty pool water and pool area; some minor housekeeping issues noted.
Service
9.9
Strong positive: multiple mentions of very helpful, friendly and attentive staff (named agents like Marlon and Jael praised); one isolated report of an unfriendly receptionist but overall excellent service.
Location
10
Consistently excellent: repeatedly described as a privileged location — immediate connection to Mall del Sol, very close to the airport and convenient for shopping and transport.
Room Quality
7.4
Some good notes (spacious rooms) but notable issues: worn pillows and towels, some installations described as old/dated, and a few reports of bathroom leakage/flooding of the floor.
Amenities
8.7
Mixed: restaurant and breakfast are praised and shuttle service is appreciated, plus mall access; negatives include a low-quality gym, pool cleanliness issues, missing small appliances (no microwave), minibar shortages and occasional TV/DIRECTV limitations.
Value for Money
8.7
Mixed perception: some guests feel price is high for short stays or for the condition of some facilities and complain about pre-charge/early check-in fees; location, service and food quality help justify a higher score for many guests.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Generally very positive: multiple comments that the restaurant and breakfast buffet are excellent and good value; a few notes about breakfast not being included for some bookings.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall very favorable: many guests say the stay was excellent, would return, or found the hotel ideal for airport access and mall connectivity; isolated negatives do not appear to outweigh the strong positives.
