La ubicación y la personal amable

Cons:

Que el control remoto no funcionaba
1 ventana que no se podía cerrar
Y la calefacción se apagaba no funcionaba a la 9:45 me cambiaron de pieza , en resumen pasé con maestros en mi habitación

Great location and would highly recommend
Pros:

Loved our stay here. The room was modern and spacious. The rooftop area is great for a drink while viewing the Andes in the distance. Located in an upscale area with many top restaurants nearby.
Breakfast is amazing - so many choices!

Ruido del bar segretta y eso que estabamos en piso 5. Aire de la pieza no funcionaba lo fueron a revisar 4 veces. No me hicieron el aseo el dia sabado y pasaron a las 3 pm cuando veniamos de almorzar. La verdad, va en decadencia.
