El desayuno y la ubicación
La calefacción funcionaba mal, los ascensores tenían movimientos raros, en cualquier momento pensaba que se caí.
El estacionamiento un desagrado, sin el radio de giro para poder bajar al menos -4 , en más de 4 ocasiones tuve que detenerme y poner marcha atrás para volver intentar bajar. Si hay alguien subiendo o bajando al mismo tiempo queda bloqueado.
El precio no fue el que me ofreció booking y se realizó el pago final por la web. Después sumaron impuestos que en teoría ya habían sido cobrados.
Las instalaciones en sí viejas, con falta de mantención , baño con problemas del agua en el WC y la ducha disparaba para todos lados.
Para ser 5 estrellas encuentro increíble que cobren hasta por la cápsula del café en la pieza.

Personal del hotel hablaba muy fuerte en la mañana tipo 7 Am en la recepción y se escuchaban las habitaciones

A música só parava às 2h da manhã
O ar condicionado não funcionava. Como não era possível abrir a janela por conta do barulho, passamos calor
O banheiro precisa de manutenção pois a água vaza do Box para fora da área molhada
Os móveis dos quartos também precisam de ajustes

Muy buena ubicacion cerca de restaurantes, muy buen desayuno, la habitacion muy amplia y comoda, el spa muy bien.
