Room was good size, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good
There were limited luggage carts for such a large hotel (2). Had to wait about 15 min. for a cart. Also, sink in rm. 113 was very slow draining.

Most importantly the hotel and room are very clean. There is a little red mold in the shower that needs a ltlle bleech and scrubbed, but not a deal breaker. Very friendly and super quiet atmosphere! The staff is attentive and friendly., especially Frankie Thompson the Chief Engineer who was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient with healthy choices. I would definitely stay here again.
While traveling for business in Lafayette, LA, I always book my stay at the SpringHill Suites at River Ranch. Additionally, a couple of times a year, I use the conference room for training. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Chief Engineer, Frankie Thompson assists every step of the way. Amanda & Danny at the desk are ready with a smile. Sales Manager, Hailey Parfait, makes the detailed arrangements easy. Merci, team!!
Older Springhill Suites but well maintained. Comfortable bed and room was very quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained by the staff. First Springhill were there was a blueberry compote served at the breakfast bar. We noticed many business travelers at the hotel. Area was nestled a decent neighborhood area.
Very easy to find and park. Easy to get into Nashville centre via a taxi. Loved the free drinks!
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The ease of check-in/out was so convenient. The breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of food choices. The location was in a safe, quiet part of town that was close to great places to eat and shop. We will return on our next visit to Lafayette.

Lobby was busy when we got there, late at night, but everything was clean. We were greeted and checked in very quickly.
Rooms are a bit dated. Mold around shampoo/soap fixtures in shower, and wallpaper peeling.
We booked a room block for my son's wedding at the SpringHill Suites in Lafayette, near River Ranch. Reservations and registrations were all trouble free, and the hotel was lovely. The breakfast was also very nice! Our guests were all pleased with their accommodations. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would stay there again!
Breakfast was very good each day, and I appreciated being able to get coffee before the breakfast buffet was open. Very friendly hotel staff.
Our room wasn't serviced at all during the 3-night stay, a trash pickup and fresh towels would have been appreciated. The bar of soap provided was very small and not enough for two of us over 3 days. But I'm sure if I had asked then these small problems would have been quickly resolved.
