Cons:

第一に個々の部屋の温度調整が出来ない、全館一括同時調整だと言うこと。連泊したのだが初日夜、部屋が暑いので、温度を下げて頂きたいとロビーに伝えると、全館一括同時調整で出来ない、空調レバーの弱、適温、強、の3種類の中から選び、それでも暑かったら扇風機を貸し出すとの事で、空調を強にした所、嗅いだことのない異臭が、部屋に充満し、夜中だったので部屋のチェンジは諦め窓を開け換気をしてから就寝したが、異臭は消える事なく残り続け、初夏の季節にしては、ベッドの掛け布団が分厚く、部屋の温度調整も出来ない部屋で厚い掛け布団をかけて寝れば当然汗まみれになり、その日は、2時間も寝れなかった。翌日は異臭を伝え部屋をフロアごと変えてもらって、異臭はなくなったのだが、就寝前に空調レバーを強にした所エアコンのファンが、物凄い音をたてて動き出し、狭い部屋の中ではとても耐えらない音量で、やはり空調レバーは、適温表示されてある、ぬる暑い温度の部屋で分厚い掛け布団はかけずに、マットの上で何もかけずに就寝。ほぼ寝れませんでした。施設設備自体が老朽化もしていますが、メンテナンスはちゃんとしてるのでしょうか、季節ごとに掛け布団の質は変えてあるのでしょうか。
あの異臭はなんだったのか。個々の部屋での温度調整ができないと言うのは、致命的でした。安らげるはずの室内で異臭と、エアコンファンの騒音でほぼ寝れず、日中体調はボロボロでした。トラウマになりました。もう二度と泊まりません。

Pros:

コストパフォーマンスが良かった。GW明けだったから？急用で帰省したが、部屋が空いていたから助かりました。立地も良し。中央駅にも近いので便利です。

桜島観光をするのには、便利で良かった。
Pros:

朝食がバイキング方式で、好きな物が好きなだけ取れて良かった。食堂からの眺めも桜島の雄大さが迫力があった。
ロケーションは「天文館」近くで、交通の便が良かった。鹿児島中央駅までも近いのでいい。
