快適！
Pros:

部屋やバスルームが清潔で快適てした。
朝食は、23階でしたので大阪市内が一望できて心地良かったです。和洋バイキングが美味しかった。
ホテルの隣に、ローソンがあって便利でした。
新大阪駅から、すぐ近くでわかりやすいので、また、次も宿泊したいです。

Pros:

ロケーションは新大阪駅から徒歩4、5分と近くて便利。その割にお安いし、設備も綺麗で部屋も快適でした。アメニティはフロント後ろで好きなものを選べてよかった。

70点くらいかなと。宿泊先を探して１番の候補にはならないです。4番目くらいの候補だと思います。
Pros:

駅から徒歩10分圏内で、食事やお土産などは全て購入できます。

Cons:

駐車場がないので、車での利用は避けた方が良いです。周辺の駐車場はものすごく高いです。
ホテルに勧められた駐車場は徒歩10〜15分かかります。
部屋の照明の明るさ、エアコンの温度調節はできないので不便でした。
