ワシントンってブランドで選んで失敗しました
Pros:

中洲エリアで遊んで歩いてホテルに帰るにはとても良い位置にあります

Cons:

①設備が古いです　USBポートがTVのしたからコードが延びてて増設されていましたが気づいたのはずっと後でした　ある程度の案内書はあっても良いでしょう
②最近ミネラルウォーターを置いてあるホテルが多いですがありませんでした
③2名使用の部屋ならバスタオルなど掛けるそれ相応のハンガーが欲しいかった
④黒系のカーペットなので汚れているのか清潔なのかよくわからなかった　アパ流多分目立たないようにが目的と思いました
⑤遮光性が低く朝隙間から光が漏れて明るくなっていた
⑥ブッキングドットコム予約でいつも11〜12時チェックアウトタイムでしたが確認したら10時と言われた　すると時間換算でとても割高の料金である

中洲を楽しむならここですね。
Pros:

ロケーションは最高です！
ベッドもダブルのシングルユースで余裕でした。

Cons:

駐車場が高いです…繁華街の真っただ中だから仕方ないですが。
それでも、宿泊者は通常利用のパーキングより安く利用できました。

喫煙者嬉しい！
Pros:

中洲川の辺で、キャナルにも近く飲食に困らない。シングルだけどベッドが広かった。

Cons:

各部屋のドア音が響く、部屋着が臭かった。枕が1つで固めで高め。
