地理位置优越 员工友好 交通便利离日本桥地铁口近

Cons:

房间隔音稍差（对比其他相铁酒店）,另外不知道是不是刚装修的原因 房间里总有一股水腥味，再就是booking上已包含全部费用但入住时仍被收取了税费

Cool, clean and up to date Osaka city accomodation nicely located for shopping or train exploration.
Pros:

The room was a comfortable size for one person in Osaka and I felt the Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba was a little nicer then the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba-ekimae which is also close to Dotonbori area we stayed at last year. Everything felt a little newer and cleaner at the Grand the aircon in the room was great and the newer air purifier worked brilliantly to cool off and breath fresh air after a day exploring. I would be very happy to return and look forward to seeing what it looks like once the front reception renovations are finished.

Cons:

I would have loved a common area to meet my friends to talk about the day and share a little food and drink before going out for dinner and a chilled filtered water dispenser in a common area would have been brilliant.
