Barulho intenso durante a madrugada que as funcionárias não se importavam de advertir, e senhoras da limpeza a bater com as portas com força e a fazer imenso barulho, talvez até pior que o resto dos hóspedes mesmo antes das 8h da manhã. É impossível dormir apartir das 8h a menos que se durma que nem uma pedra

Nada, horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada, el hotel está en una calle lleno de pub, discotecas, caraokes, como las Vegas, el ruido es espantoso los gritos no dejan descansar, hasta las cuatro de la mañana sin pegar ojo, la habitación sin persianas ni cortinas adecuadas a las 7 de la mañana la luz del día llena la habitación, ni un frigorífico para tenes el agua fría, el baño sin cortina los de enfrente te ven ducharte, quisimos dormir un poco después de comer ya que no habíamos dormido la noche anterior y la limpiadora pasando el aspirador por el pasillo a golpes en la puerta tampoco pudimos dormir, la primera planta no tiene ascensor lo que te obliga a subir las maletas a pié por unas escaleras bastantes empinadas, teníamos reserva para dormir dos noches con la idea de movernos desde ahí para visitar el Algarve y solo aguantamos un día, pedimos cambio de habitación y estaba completo, así que decidimos irnos y perder una noche sin saber donde íbamos a dormir, no lo recomiendo ni al peor enemigo..debería estar prohibido montar un hotel junto a una discoteca y un caraoke....si van en plan de marcha esta en el mejor sitio de Albufeira pero si la idea es conocer la zona y descansar ni se les ocurra reservar.

Bathroom was clean enough but very dated and poor quality. Toilet seat discoloured , grout coming out of shower seals. Bathroom window so high I couldn’t reach it to open. No kettle / fridge / iron in room. Taxis unable to drop off to hotel - there’s a taxi drop off point just 20 steps from the hotel. Out the main doors, turn right , turn left at the end of the street. Booking.com transfers couldn’t find this and it delayed our drop off quite a lot. We did give the driver on our return trip the pin location of the rank in advance to save the confusion. Would be handy for the hotel to provide this for guests before they arrive so taxis are aware. The main hotel area was clean and fresh looking but lots of mould and wet walls throughout corridors and stair wells.

Personally, the town or Albufeira was not for us, it is very party based, with lots of lads holidays. There is a nicer part of old town a short walk away but this is not it.

I feel I am cheated by the owner of the hotel and booking.com about the information that there was lift in the hotel. There is one lift which doesn’t go to the floors where there are rooms which means it’s useless. Fortunately staff helped me to carry my suitcase. Climbing the stairs was awful for me being 77 years old woman who has problems with joints. When I made reservation I believed that there was lift.
Lack of minibar.

Puisqu'on est sur la rue principale, c'est tres bruyant... Une meilleure insonorisation serait bien

Perfection

La struttura è proprio al di sopra della via delle discoteche: fino alle 4 di notte la musica è assordante, nonostante i tappi forniti dallo staff. La finestra del bagno si può aprire solo quando non c’è nessuno dentro, in quanto da’ proprio sulla strada e le persone vedono all’interno.
