Pros:

Breakfast brought to room
Facilities are good
Parking for car

Cons:

- The main entrance door was closed and guests don't get the key
So need to call them (sometimes by phone) every time someone want to get in or out
This also make the place noisy as someone ring the bell every time

- hot water - they didn't showed us the switch (even when we asked) and we needed to figure it out ourselves

A éviter.Accueil froid. Etablissement fermé à 23h.Pas de navette(contrairement à ce qui était mentionné). Ils m'ont fait payer la navette retour san me prévenir(1000RDS). Chauffeur impoli: pas de bonjour, pas de merci, pas d'au revoir, pas de bon voyage. pet@it déjeuner: pas de petite cuillère pour lr thé. Décoration nulle. Mauvaise odeur d'égout dans la chambre.

Close to the airport, so convenient place to stay when arriving frim overseas late at night.
Cons:

We arrived at night and the horwl and entry was very dark so ww were a bit worried at first. Once the bell was rung and the owner came, all went well after that.

Service by staff is good, property cleanness should be improved to meet minimum standard.

UNE HONTE.
Pros:

Scandalisé qu’un tel établissement soit proposé par booking. L'entrée se fait dans une décharge. C’est sale. Un rat est passé devant la porte d'entrée. On réserve une chambre avec 2 lits doubles pour nous et notre petit garçon, et on arrive et il n’y a qu'un lit double. Et le pire dans tout cela: nous expliquons qu’on veut annuler et partir ailleurs, on nous dit ok, le responsable nous dit qu’il va accepter l'annulation et qu’on sera remboursé. Ils nous confirment, alors que j’attends dans la voiture d’avoir la confirmation de booking: "c’est bon on a accepté l'annulation"... et c’est un mensonge!!! 2jours après on apprend par booking "désolé l'établissement a refusé l'annulation". Une HONTE qu’ils osent faire payer 96euros la nuit pour dormir dans un endroit pareil!!! SCANDALEUX !!!
Comment Booking peut travailler avec ce genre d'établissement ????

Saleté, ressemble à une décharge! Prix exorbitant pour un endroit pareil.

My stay at the property was not very pleasant

The owner is courteous and good.

Cons:

The level of cleanliness is below par. The facility staff should not wait for guests to prompt them to clean the rooms. This is a standard practice and a given in most jurisdictions in the region. The beddings, especially pillows were dirty and smelly, this caused some discomfort. The facility should also consider providing coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.
