Located in the Ayllu de Solcor, 2953 feet from the center of San Pedro de Atacama, in a 3.330 square yards of land and with a maximum capacity of 36 passengers per night,
We have two main houses, each house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The rooms have heating in the bedroom and bathroom, King or Queen beds, 2 types of pillows, 2 USB plugs on both sides of the bed, type A and type C, safe, fan, LED lighting, closet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, card locks and satellite Wifi first level.
6 of the 12 rooms have private terraces.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Hermoso y acogedor hotel en un lugar cercano a San Pedro - ideal para relajarse y tener silencio
Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor, bello y se encuentra en un lugar algo apartado del centro de San Pedro, lo cual lo hace ideal para relajarse y estar en silencio. Los patios y la piscina son muy bonitos y relajantes. El desayuno es muy bueno. Todo el personal es muy amable y dedicado. Me encantó que tuvieran bicicletas de buena calidad con casco y candado para prestar a los huéspedes.

Cons:

Tal vez sería ideal que tuvieran un pequeño bar o restaurante para la tarde/noche dentro del hotel. Había algunas hormigas en mi habitación, nada grave, pero no es lo ideal. También hace falta algo más de espacio en la habitación para guardar ropa y dejar las maletas.

Instalações do hotel e equipe de atendimento

Cons:

Localização. Caminhada de 15min até a rua Caracoles onde ficam os principais restaurantes e comércios. Com crianças fica um pouco mais complicado, embora seja realmente melhor pela tranquilidade.

La hospitalidad y excelente disposición del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y facilitarnos la logística. Desayunos para llevar, considerando restricciones alimentarias, instalaciones muy equipadas con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Barra de café, te , yoghurts, leche, cereales y frutas disponible 24h.

The service is extraordinarily good! They help you with everything you need, especially regarding arranging any kind of tours. The breakfast is delicious and the facility is very clean, modern and you just feel comfortable all the time.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

It was very beautiful and comfortable

Cons:

You can only pay in US cash or with a credit card (not visa debit, not wise, not travel money card) as an international tourist or you pay local tax. I had planned to pay the extra between the cash I had with card (as arranged) but the system will not accept WISE (my standard card) and I had to use my international Visa card with fees. Frustrating but relatively minor

Pros:

Very good hotel overall. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality.

One thing we really appreciated was the several shared kitchen areas available for guests, with tea, juice, milk, and other amenities always accessible. This was extremely convenient for preparing my son’s bottle.

The hotel is charming, cozy, and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only disappointing point was that the jacuzzi was not heated, and the pool was also not heated despite the cold weather. Because of that, we were unable to properly enjoy both amenities during our stay.
