All of it from check in to check out. The staff were fantastic very friendly nothing was to much for them. Room was lovely clean and very comfortable. Situated in town centre perfect location. Xx
### **Title: Absolute winner for £35 — fantastic value for money!**

I stayed at Cabanas in Newcastle and, frankly, for £35 for a double room for two people *including breakfast*, it is an absolute winner. The value for money here is just unbeatable.
**The Room & Facilities:**
My room was absolutely huge—honestly, I could have done with slightly less space, but I’m certainly not complaining! Everything in the room worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the stay.
**The Staff:**
The staff were excellent. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.
**The Breakfast:**
The only slightly disappointing thing was the breakfast. It’s a carry-out breakfast rather than a freshly cooked, hot breakfast. However, considering the price you are paying for the entire stay, it was perfectly fine and still a nice bonus to have included.
**Verdict:**
If you want a massive room, great Wi-Fi, lovely staff, and change out of a £50 note, look no further. Aside from the grab-and-go style breakfast, everything else was brilliant. I would definitely stay again!
