- Good value for money hotel within short distance from city centre
- Staff were very friendly and helpful
- Large TV with a variety of apps
- It was very hot and the rooms were much hotter than the outside. There was very little ventilation and the hotel could not provide us with a fan so the time we spent in the room was uncomfortably hot
- There were no plug sockets within reach of the mirror so I was unable to use hair tools
- Very few flat surfaces in the room to place items
- No cups or mugs in the room
Again what a great stay we had we didn't want to leave we wanted to stay for ever lol the staff are such amazing staff we could ask for unfortunately u didn't have a room available for the Tuesday so we had to book somewhere else but couldn't wait to get back this hotel the next day and again we had a fantastic time so once again thank you to all your staff and you should be glad to have the staff you have brilliant
Not your fault but rooms are far to hot maybe get some fans that people could use but absolutely amazing hotel and staff we will see you all in a couple of months when we are back

Other guests running around , but to be fair it was a large group of kids , so hard to manage
I visited during summertime and made a late reservation. Due to this only a 2-person room without window was available. It was extremely hot in this room. Luckily a fan was provided.
Room basic but very clean Adequate toilet and shower very good with toiletries also clean Comfortable beds clean linen and towels were in our deal At reception there is access to unlimited tea and coffee etc no extra charge The nicest most helpful staff made our stay in Newcastle perfect
The grab and go breakfast is basic, has a croissant, instant oats, jam and juice. There is milk in a bar fridge for tea and coffee always.
The bathroom had toiletries like shampoo and body wash.
The bunk beds could do with curtains for privacy. Also the socket did not work.
The room is narrow and small, it definitely needs a fan for the warmer weather.
Friendliness. Location. High level of cleanliness and professionalism for such a price. Coffee/tea with condiments for free self serving, got a towel and backpack stored without extra charge, rooms very clean, including the shower. Soap/shampoo, toilet paper and everything needed for bathroom well stocked, ecological, high quality. Nice ventilator+air conditioning, positive surprise. Nice little artsy lounge area.
I am staying here again if I visit Newcastle.

Location great. Breakfast was really handy and tasty. Beds clean and comfortable as were towels. The toiletries were great! Key card to get in and out made it feel safe and secure.
We seen two gentlemen on reception at different times. One was very friendly and the other when we approached was on his mobile phone finishing what seemed to be a message for at least a minute as we stood there unacknowledged, we felt very awkward. There was some confusion over having a fan in the room. I did message ahead of time and was told there would be one available then was told I couldn't have it. That's fine but It was so hot in the room it was almost unbearable. I messaged previously for the fan because I would have brought my own if I knew it was not an option. We had to sleep with the window open due to the heat and it was so noisy (outside noice can't really be helped and there was construction going on) so we didn't sleep well. The room floor was very dirty! Needed hoovered and mopped throughly. We didn't say anything as we managed just wearing our shoes as we didnt want to be a bother only being there the night.

Super comfortable bed! Great and very helpful staff.
The room is super small, while one person kept clothes on the chair, the other had to keep them on the floor. It's very difficult for a bigger person to use the toilet seat or the shower.
The staff was amazing
Didn't always have milk for a cuppa they said there was powder milk but that don't go with tea
