The hotel is conveniently located, but our stay was not without issues
Pros:

The location is excellent in terms of being quickly reachable from the airport by train. This is one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel. We also wanted a hotel room with a bathtub, which is becoming increasingly rare, and this one had that. The breakfast was good. Also, the room itself, was large and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The checkin process required a careful examination of all of the passports including my spouse and child, taking longer than at the passport control at the airport. It is unclear why the hotel staff asked for all of the passports, by law, they only need the main guests ID. When we entered the room, it turns out that: the sofa bed had not been made up, with only 2 two pillows for 3 people, with towels provided for only one person. The bathtub drain was extremely slow; the shower drain was also severely blocked. Taking a very short shower resulted in water accumulating and spilling out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The bathtub once filled, would take a half an hour or more to drain out. The bottom of the shower already showed visible signs of water damage, suggesting that this was not a new or unexpected problem. The window blind covering the nicest view from the room was broken, making it impossible to properly use or enjoy the view. The staff seemed overwhelmed and left us hanging with no resolution when we asked for a step stool for our child. Overall, this hotel was a disappointment, but the hotel manager did offer me some points in recognition of the various issues, so there is hope still.

Helemaal top voor een stedentrip. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
Pros:

De ligging, netheid, prima kamer en bedden. Thee en koffie op de kamer. Pas nodig voor de lift. Directe verbinding van garage naar hotel.

Cons:

Er was een tikkend geluid zo nu en dan (ook een keer in de nacht), welke lang aanhield en wat we niet thuis konden brengen. Enigszins irritant.

I have left few items which I shopped in Amsterdam in room cupboard. I was thinking I will get an email regarding the left items but I am surprised thay till now no communication from the hotel . Its been couple of days now . Can you please check and get back .

Pros:

櫃檯服務態度非常好，提醒我們加入IHC會員後還讓我們 early check in & delay check out! 房間非常乾淨，床鋪很舒適。Lounge 東西不多，但是有club lounge 的資格就可以用club guest 去跟樓下 Manhattan bar 領取house wine or house beer。健身房設備超級齊全，整體非常棒！

Very comfortable.
Pros:

All was great. Nice view, blackout curtains, 6th floor so wasn't noisy. Could open a window. Aircon was good. Nice space. Fridge quite small but adequate for us. The location for the city of Amsterdam was ok, a 15 min metro ride away, and a 5 min walk to the metro. The location felt like a Central Business District that's deserted on a weekend. Their own Japanese restaurant was great and I'm glad we tried it.

Cons:

The promotion of not cleaning daily to save water, etc. also means you don't get any top up of teabags/milk/etc. which meant we asked for new towels everyday. The fan in the bathroom only worked sporadically, so it was usually all steamed up (we kept forgetting to mention this to staff, so our fault nothing changed), but to have a whole bathtub was wonderful (not that we used it!). The lack of air circulation in the bathroom meant it was impossible to dry towels, hence the daily change.
