The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under their care.
In order to protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest must present the credit card used to make the online reservation and the physical identification document of the cardholder at check-in.
The Hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at check-in for not complying with this requirement.
The Hotel can cancel a confirmed reservation if it is suspected that a fraudulent card has been used, therefore, the holder of the card that will be used as a means of guarantee must be the same one who made the reservation and enjoyed the benefits.

Muy bien. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. Es un hotel muy bueno con gran servicio de su personal.
Al comienzo, la persona del lobby (Luis)se demoró mucho para permitirnos hacer el check in a pesar de vernos con un bebé en brazos llorando por el cansancio y el vuelo largo.
Excelente hotel muy buena atencion.
Me asignaron una habitación que no tenía agua caliente. Tuve que solicitar en cuatro oportunidades que me solucionaran el problema y recién al día siguiente me realizaron el cambio de habitación. Por otra parte, los primeros días de mi alojamiento no estaba habilitado el desayuno en Torre del Mar por lo que me debía desplazar a otras instalaciones para el desayuno, donde no había aire acondicionado y eran pocas mesas para la gran cantidad de pasajeros.
Creo que el valor que uno paga, las instalaciones en general quedan al debe. No lo recomiendo.
