The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under their care.
In order to protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest must present the credit card used to make the online reservation and the physical identification document of the cardholder at check-in.
The Hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at check-in for not complying with this requirement.
The Hotel can cancel a confirmed reservation if it is suspected that a fraudulent card has been used, therefore, the holder of the card that will be used as a means of guarantee must be the same one who made the reservation and enjoyed the benefits.

Muy mala la señal de tv
La habitación es bonita y la vista al mar es increíble. La cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, un poco retirado del centro pero el transporte (taxi o Uber) llega fácilmente. Las instalaciones estaban limpias.
Hay muchos vendedores en la playa, a veces es molesto. Se siente mucho el ruido de los otros huéspedes en el pasillo (tirando puertas y/o gritando), no es culpa del hotel pero se podría poner avisos para que los huéspedes sean más conscientes.
Excelente atencion por el personal.

La playa está terriblemente sucia y a nadie le importa, las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento (baldosas sueltas, ducha de la playa para quitar la arena no sirven), están cobrando las sillas de la playa, esto no pasa en otros hoteles de su categoría como el irotama, muchas cosas para mejorar
