Important information:

The entry and registration of minors to the Hotel must be carried out by one of their parents with presentation of their birth certificate and identity card. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it may be carried out by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under their care.

In order to protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest must present the credit card used to make the online reservation and the physical identification document of the cardholder at check-in.

We left a night early!
Pros:

Leaving. I would not recommend at all.

Cons:

Photos make the place look amazing but in reality that’s all it is, good photography.
A pork convention was in the hotel when we stayed there
Whilst our room was large it was very rundown and tired
We left a day earlier than expected as we couldn’t wait to leave

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan arreglos como la piscina y ciertas áreas sociales. Mal organizado porque meten una convención con más de 1000 personas que ocupan todas las áreas y no dejan espacio para los huéspedes. No había manera de ubicarse en ninguna sala de zona social y los restaurantes, buffet imposible las colas y coger mesa

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay and really liked the location. However, there was a strong musty smell in the room that made it feel less clean than expected. I would recommend using air fresheners or addressing the humidity issue, as the rooms did not smell fresh. Other than that, the place was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
