I was very disappointed with my stay at Nemea Appart'Hotel.

I booked and paid for accommodation for four people, as clearly stated in my reservation. We were only three people in total (two adults and one child), yet the room was far too small for us. The sleeping arrangements were extremely uncomfortable. The sofa bed was especially poor, and none of us could sleep properly. My son even started experiencing back pain because of the bed.

The air conditioning was also not working, which made the room unbearably hot and very uncomfortable.

Another issue was being told by reception that we had to empty our own room bin before checking out, otherwise we would be charged €50. I have never experienced this at any hotel before, and I found it unreasonable and disappointing.

Finally, despite paying all of my bills, we were still charged an additional £30 when leaving the hotel, which I did not expect.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The room did not provide suitable accommodation for the number of guests booked, the facilities were inadequate, and the extra charges and requirements made the stay even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Canicule et panne de Clim - pas de chance !

Propreté - Accueil du personnel - Emplacement… et en principe le confort de l’appartement et des équipements…

Cons:

Pas de chance cette année… Clim en panne à mon arrivée - plus de 30 degrés dans l’appart car période de canicule…
Insupportable même avec un ventilateur qui m’a été gentiment installé !… J’ai dû partir plus tôt et heureusement l’établissement m’a remboursé ce qui m’a permis de trouver un autre hébergement (climatisé) pour terminer mon séjour.

Appartement vieillissant, pas de Clim à notre arrivée, le technicien étant déjà partit a 17h30 et la résidence complète
Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans solution de relogement par la résidence et nous n’avons toujours pas été remboursé 1 mois après !

Staff were unfriendly
Had no air conditioning the night we arrived - in a heat Ave ! Room was unbearably hot
Had a swimming pool but it was like having a spa the water was so hot . There were three outdoor umbrellas and all were broken and didn’t be used
I asked for toilet paper as room was not serviced during our stay and was told they don’t provide it so you’ll need to buy your own
Room didn’t have hair dryer or iron Ann no extra pillows not blankets for the bed

Pros:

Appartement sympa, bien situé et parking a disposition.
Piscine sympa mais pas de coin d'ombre et pas de coin réservé aux enfants dommage.

Cons:

Pas de clim en pleine canicule malgré la présence d'un bébé. 1 ventilateur prêté quand même...

200 euros la nuit très cher pour ce que c'est !

Our room was good. The other room not. Also problem in shower not fixed. We got breakfast as recompensation. But we were humiliated when the staff said we left the table full and even took a picture which was not at all shocking. Very rude and I will aware my friends not to come to this hotel which makes comments to people in their vacation for no justified reason at all. I wish they can share the picture to proof I am wrong or exagerating....
