Pros:

Wir hatten kurzfristig auf ein Studio (liegt separat im gegenüber liegenden Haus) umgebucht. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche völlig ausreichend.
Das Gebäude, insbesondere der Treppenaufgang sehr urig, fast abenteuerlich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wenn man es nicht super modern mag, dann sollte man sich darauf gut einlassen können. Als besonderes Erlebnis empfanden wir das Frühstück, ein Tisch mit 6 Plätzen direkt vor der Rezeption, sehr urig und man kommt mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch.
Wenn die Plätze besetzt sind, sollte man etwas Geduld mitbringen, bis man dieses besondere Flair selbst erleben kann. Das Frühstück war gut mit Butter, Käse, Marmelade, Schinken, Baguette, Brioche und Croissants und die üblicherweise angebotenen Getränke, wie Kaffee, Wasser, Saft.

la colazione buona ma poco varia, possibile aspettare il tuo turno perchè solo un tavolo da 6.
Cons:

comodo per visitare il centro di Caen. E' possibile parcheggiare agevolmente l'auto nelle strisce blu a pagamento. A dispetto di una stella è comunque un hotel carino e pulito. Non vi aspettate la reggia di Caserta.
