Cortesia del personale di sala/colazioni (in particolare Signora Lizia)

Cons:

Accoglienza sbrigativa da parte della reception: ci hanno mandati in un seminterrato sporco a lasciare i bagagli. Cortile interno sporco (zerbini che non si possono accettare in un. 4stelle). Si sentono starnuti e colpi di tosse dalla stanza accanto. Camera con finestra sul cortile adibito a colazione/giardino (praticamente non si può aprire senza essere visti da tutti oltre ad essere svegliati al mattino dagli altri ospiti che fanno colazione)

Staff gentilissimo, albergo pulito e confortevole

Cons:

Il bagno per disabili non era adattato perfettamente. La sedia per la doccia era uno sgabello e la sostituzione proposta non era adeguata. Non c’era nella doccia il maniglione e quello del WC non era in posizione corretta. Da migliorare
