Enjoyed our stay for a wedding at the venue
Pros:

We stayed for a wedding, it was very convenient for us, everything is a short walk, the staff were friendly, I liked the animal section, the breakfast was very good and rooms nice.

Cons:

We called in advance to see if we could check in earlier because of the wedding and were told we should have booked the day before if we wanted to have sufficient time; all that was needed was to say they would try their best but that we could also pay a fee if we wanted a guaranteed earlier time.

So special and really worth every penny
Pros:

So welcoming and helpful. Traveling just yourself with a toddler can be quite daunting but they really made it easy. Staff were so friendly to not just myself but my but young daughter also

Lovely place but if you want an early night it might not be quiet enough
Pros:

Clean, modern and welcoming, with restaurant on site with bar

Cons:

Music from the bar can be heard from the rooms in the main property. So if you want a early night be prepared to hear noise from the bar area

Very good wedding venue. Food was exceptional

Cons:

Bar staff were horrendous. Very overpriced. Security deposit taken 3 days before arrival and then a 7 day period to refund is borderline extortion.

The grounds, settings for weddings and facikities you offer are good if i was was to get merried so im speaking for what i seen as a sleeping guest only

Cons:

I didnt like £160. For very small twin room which i booked under booking.com which you allow and charged me £218.75 for the room. Response from you was wedding party should have informed us and not your problem its booking.com. In my opinion, work out a deal with booking.com or remove from the sercice so people do not get caught out and robbed in this way.
