The property had very extensive facilities, all imaculate
Nothing really,a bit noisey with functions but not , over intrusive , not really a quiet place just to sit and relax.

The room was exceptional - it was clean and had a beautiful scent to it. The service from staff was excellent, I had a manicure and I was very happy with the outcome and service.
The breakfast was great, but the toast was cold and the bread seemed a little stale. A gym would be a nice to have on the property.
Excellent location. Great variety of facilities and different areas for different events. The complex was extremely tidy and the staff seemed really happy.
The room was expensive for a standard double.

The attention to detail, it was well thought out. Our room was lovely and cosy. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, i would definitely stay again and recommend.
A fridge in the room would have been good
Nice from the outside.
There was an extremely rowdy wedding reception that I was not informed of prior to booking. When I complained to reception they basically said tough, read the small print and it will go on to at least 12.30 AM. I explained I had been in an accident and going to hospital the next day for treatment they would not move me and refused to refund, even though I had booked only an hour before. Apart from the rude staff and noise, you can hear every noise in the rooms and the interior is very cheap. I had to leave the hotel the same night to stay at another hotel. I will be seeking a refund from my credit company.
