Excellent location
Pros:

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the location is very central and beautiful, and the rooms are lovely.
There are only a few small drawbacks: on the first day, the breakfast table looked a bit dirty, and the gym is quite small.
All in all, you really can’t fault this hotel—it’s very calm and relaxing rather than energetic.

Great location but…
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable, which were definitely the highlights of my stay.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects that could be improved. The service was particularly slow, and requests were frequently forgotten, which became quite frustrating during the stay. The staff were also not particularly friendly or attentive.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite disappointing and really didn’t live up to expectations. The air conditioning in the room also did not cool properly, which made the room uncomfortable at times.

The gym was extremely small and felt more like a basement room than a proper fitness area. The spa also closed far too early, making it difficult to enjoy after a full day exploring Budapest.

Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and good-sized rooms, but the service and some of the facilities need significant improvement. With better attention to guests, faster service, and some investment in the facilities, the experience could be much better.

Great hotel but some staff will bite. Be careful
Pros:

First of all. This is a beautiful property. It has been renovated to a very high standard and the rooms are large and beautiful. Really a brilliant place to stay.

Gym is small but there’s only 48 rooms so I didn’t see anyone else in the gym during my stay.

Cons:

Many of the staff are excellent. The front desk team are superb, bar superb. My experience was totally ruined by a particular member of the housekeeping staff who decided to scream at me in a hallway as I couldn’t tell her what time I wanted my room cleaned. She told me in an extremely loud manner that she needed to finish at 4pm. I had observed this person communicating with her colleagues previously too and thought it strange that she would shout across the hallways in a 5 star hotel. Have never seen anything like this before.

Nice property with good location
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel was modern and clean. The staff was very kind.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the fact that the air conditioning was not cold enough. A fan was given during our stay. I also would have liked a more inspiring gym.

Superbe hôtel parfaitement placé
Pros:

Superbe hôtel idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville à toutes heures. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Jolie vue depuis la chambre sur la place et les monuments. Superbe chambre, grande et bien équipée. Très calme ! Prestation à la hauteur du tarif.

Pros:

Phantastische Lage; schönes Haus; grosses, komfortables Zimmer; freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal..... alles sehr schick. Wer gerne ein gediegenes, altehrwürdiges 5-Sterne Ambiente mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Cons:

Das Raumparfüm in der Lobby war etwas dominant. Ansonsten top :-)

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, desayuno buffet servido por camareros muy atentos y con una presentación fabulosa. Ubicado a un paso del Parlamento, de la Basílica de San Estaban y del Puente de las Cadenas, inmejorable.

Beautiful boutique hotel, nice and big rooms, excellent location
Pros:

Great location, central but also not noisy. Well designed rooms and the hotel is boutique and really nice!! Staff was super nice and helpful.
