We had a wonderful stay in Budapest made even better by the Verno House hotel and staff
Pros:

Beautiful property, ideally located for visiting sights. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very comfortable and quiet

Cons:

Pros:

Beautifully designed rooms in a great location. Good breakfast. The staff and the service are excellent. Special shout out to Akosh - who went out of his way to help us get our phone back that we had left at the hotel.

Cons:

Not much that I didn't like. The reception area is a little dull even though the rest of the hotel is nicely appointed. Doesn't create a good first impression of the hotel.

Bravo to Verno House!
Pros:

Easily one of the largest, and most comfortable hotel rooms I’ve experienced. Huge bathroom, large shower, giant tub, a firm king-sized bed (with individual covers!), and cold A/C made for one terrific three night stay.

The staff helped us many times, especially the front desk. They made us reservations, we’re incredibly patient answering all of our questions, and gave us thorough directions.

Breakfast was good, but I have had better. Other people commented on it. Perhaps they did not order off the menu, which was an option? Besides that, my only issue was not enough washcloths were delivered. If that’s the biggest issue, I can live with it.

In short, you’re right next to what I believe is called Freedom Square, minutes away from Parliament, minutes away from Saint Stephen’s church (all walking, we only took a car once in three days), and the location couldn’t be better. What a sensational hotel.

Bellissimo hotel, con piccoli difetti.
Pros:

La posizione, perfetta e centrale per girare la città, a due minuti dalla metro , dal ponte delle catene , dalla basilica e dal palazzo delle parlamento.
La camera con vasca , letto comodissimo ed una splendida vista sulla piazza della libertà.
Lo staff del check in, molto efficienti e disponibili.
Le belle biciclette a disposizione dei clienti .
La bellissima hall dell'albergo.
La piccola ma piacevolissima spa, rilassarsi nella jacuzzi dopo una giornata in giro per la città è un gran valore aggiunto.

Cons:

La colazione, non è a livello di un hotel a 5 stelle.
La colazione viene servita nel ristorante collegato direttamente all'hotel, ma è decisamente non adeguata ad un hotel a 5 stelle di questa catena.
Non discuto sulla qualità delle materie prime sicuramente di alto livello, ma sulla varietà dell'offerta, veramente limitata.
La pulizia della camera non era perfetta, sulla bellissima e grande finestra che dava sulla piazza erano presenti delle ragnatele negli angoli in alto, in un 5 stelle non dovrebbe succedere.

מלון בוטיק מקסים במיקום נהדר עם צוות אדיב. המחיר גבוה ולכן גם הציפיות היו גבוהות ביותר בהתאם. הייתי נותנת לו 4 כוכבים ול

מלון במיקום שקט אבל מרכזי. 10 דק הליכה לכל מקום. ברחוב של המלון המון מסעדות ופארק מקסים. החדר והמלון בעיצוב מהמם מהמם!

Cons:

ציפיתי ליותר מאיכות המיטה בתמורה למחיר הגבוה. המזרון היה שקוע והרגיש מוזר והשמיכות היו 2 של יחיד ולא זוגי.
