Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare Livorno e dintorni. Camere curate, ampie, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione ottima e completa di tutto che si può consumare all’aperto in uno spazio molto ben attrezzato.

The owners were very helpful
The rooms may need some love tender and care at some point while the hotel is in a very impressive old villa, care of the guests and coffee was excellent

Livorno wasn’t on our original itinerary, but our stay here has inspired a return visit.
Pros:

Classic building, very attractive, and well maintained. Super clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast and Mirella (pardon what is likely a misspelling of that name), makes the best cappuccino.
