Clean and a spacious room. Great location. Friendly staff

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room was broken which was so disappointing and made for extremely uncomfortable two-night stay. The room was HOT the entire time, which was not ideal traveling in sweltering Summer conditions with an 11-month-old baby either. We left our extra key-card in the power slot for the day in the hope that the room would cool down, but the housekeeping staff had removed it, so the room remained so hot. If we were staying longer, we would have definitely moved to another hotel.

Considering the cost of the room, and all the positive reviews we saw when booking, it's fair to say we were rather disappointed.

Comfortable, spacious, convenient; at a price, but very worth it!
Pros:

Friendliness of staff, very clean, well stocked supplies, very convenient location. Big room, comfortable bath tub, great air conditioning especially in the heat. Team of staff from breakfast, front desk, luggage stowage are all very observant, helpful and efficient. They also arranged a very good driver for our transfer to Lake Orta.

Cons:

Prices are rather steep, but you pay for the quality you get. Throughout the day, noises of door slamming from neighbouring rooms can be rather loud and the occasional roadworks/construction happening outside. The lift size is also very tiny, but most importantly, it works.

Schnuckliges Hotel , für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok

Im Großem und Ganzem alles wunderbar , süßes kleines Boutique-Hotel mit geräumigem Zimmer und modernem Bad, super Lage , man geht aus dem Hotel raus und ist gleich umgeben von Shops und jede Menge Restaurants, tolles freundliches Personal

Cons:

Frühstück , auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig. Es gibt zB. nur zwei Sorten Brot welche , wenn man später frühstückt auch schon hart sind, Teller und Besteck werden schon eingedeckt. Frisches Besteck oder Geschirr steht nicht bereit. Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes : ein Teller für alles, sehr kleiner Frühstückstaum

No me parece aceptable que no pongan al menos una botella de agua gratis a los huespedes. Y que la unica opciòn sea una botella de agua del minibar super pequeña por 5 euros
