Good location and exceptional staff
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance from places and city view from balcony was nice. What’s important to me there was single use kit for light weight travelers- toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads and shower hat. It is rare so I appreciate this very much. Most exceptional is staff. Guy at reception (Gor) helped me with tickets and since we had early flight they put our breakfast in take away boxes, it was so nice and thoughtful! Very grateful for this.

Pros:

Местоположение супер, прекрасный персонал, чистый просторный номер, хороший завтрак с видом на гору Арарат.

Hotel bei Anreise schwer zu finden.
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum ist gut, hatte aber auch den Nachteil, dass am Nationalfeiertag kein Taxi das Hotel wegen Polizeiabsperrungen erreicht.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein.
Besonders ärgerlich war aber, dass kein Hinweis auf das Hotel am Straßenrand ist und das Tor in drer Nacht durch ein großes Eisengitter verriegelt war.

Pros:

Отличный небольшой отель, расположенный в самом центре города. Легко добраться пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Подходит для того чтобы остановиться как на 1-2 дня, так и на неделю. Номер довольно большой, в нем есть все необходимое для проживания. Удобная кровать. Чистый большой санузел с новой сантехникой. Хороший завтрак. Очень приятные и любезные девушки на стойке регистрации. Вишенка на торте - это потрясающий вид на город и Арарат с террасы отеля.
