Edificação ampla e mobiliário de bom gosto
Inflexibilidade na mudança da estadia. Tivemos que antecipar a volta do Uruguay o que nos obrigou a antecipar, também, em um dia a estadia. O front desk negou: pagamos outra diária, visivelmente sem estar com altas taxas de ocupação.

Tuvimos que esperar turno por el desayuno porque no daba el lugar
Habitación muy buena
El piso de la piscina interior es muy resbaladizo y representa un riesgo para los huéspedes. Lamentablemente, mi esposa se resbaló, cayó y sufrió un golpe en la cabeza que le provocó una herida.
Quiero destacar que el hotel actuó de manera rápida y muy profesional, llamando de inmediato al servicio de emergencia, por lo que agradecemos mucho su atención.
Como sugerencia, recomendaría instalar superficies o bandas antideslizantes alrededor de la piscina para evitar que este tipo de accidentes vuelva a ocurrir y mejorar la seguridad de todos los huéspedes.
