Hermoso hotel , pero esta no colmó mis expectativas

Cons:

Regresé a este hotel porque en una visita anterior tuve una muy buena experiencia. Sin embargo, en esta oportunidad la habitación no estaba en las condiciones de limpieza que corresponden a un establecimiento de esta categoría: el piso tenía marcas de pisadas y los vidrios estaban sucios.
También considero insuficientes los insumos de cortesía. Dejar únicamente un sobre de té y uno de café por persona resulta escaso y poco acorde con la tarifa abonada.
En mi caso, incluso, pagué más por un loft durante una sola noche que lo que aboné el año pasado por una suite durante dos noches, por lo que esperaba un estándar de calidad superior.
Como aspectos positivos, destaco la excelente atención del personal de check-in, así como el desayuno y la piscina, que fueron muy buenos. Confío en que puedan corregir estos detalles, porque son precisamente los que marcan la diferencia en la experiencia del huésped.

Un lugar pensado para un fin de semana de relax

La disposición de los espacios en la habitación. la cama ubicada lejos de la puerta de ingreso le da intimidad
