Déception, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Rien ne correspond au standing d’un 5* et le prix est largement disproportionné par rapport à la prestation .
Chambre petite, sdb mal équipée (serviettes non renouvelées, pas suffisantes, poubelle sans le seau à l’intérieur, dans la baignoire gel pour le corps, gel pour les mains, après shampooing et pas de shampooing 🙄, ces articles sont sous forme de distributeurs… dans un 5* !!!!), moustiques dans la chambre, poignée de la sdb défectueuse, coffre fort défectueux pas de batterie et quand on nous a résolut ça, à la sortie le coffre ne s’ouvre pas, il a fallu l’intervention d’une femme de ménage qui l’a ouvert avec une clé !!!! Où est la sécurité ???
Buffet du petit déjeuner laisse à désirer, loin des standards d’un 5*
Etc.
Bien qu’un responsable soit venu recueillir nos impressions à notre sortie, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait

Somptueux séjour , tout étais parfait
Pros:

Acceuil chaleur par le réceptionniste Omar qui a étais accueillant et bienveillant des notre arrivée , nous a accueilli dans les meilleurs conditions. Les services proposés par l’hôtel est d’une qualité incroyable. C’est L’hôtel le plus fabuleux , beau et majestueux de la ville. Je reviendrais sans hésitais. Très bon séjour 😊👌

Séjour excellent du début à la fin. L’hôtel est très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Une mention particulière à tout le personnel qui a été remarquable tout au long du séjour : accueil chaleureux, équipe toujours disponible, professionnelle et souriante, ainsi qu’un service de ménage irréprochable. On sent une véritable attention portée aux clients à chaque instant. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Reposant et agréable!
Pros:

Le comfort, la vue exceptionnelle sur les collines d’oliviers et sur la piscine et surtout la gentillesse du personnel qui a été aux petits soins. J’ajoute le petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Je regrette juste qu’il n’y ait pas de peignoir de bain et de nécessaire de toilette comme dans les hôtels dignes de 5 étoiles ⭐️.

excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Fès
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Fès. Le personnel était très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la médina et les principaux sites touristiques de la ville. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Fès dans les meilleures conditions. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience !

Cons:

La salle de bain est très vieillissante et aurait besoin d’être rénovée

Nice hotel with spacious room!
Pros:

The male receptionist was very kind and helpful, and most of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the swimming pool.

Cons:

The hotel's décor and colour scheme could be more vibrant. It would also be nice if spa treatments and hammam facilities were available for both men and women, as the hammam was only offered to female guests during our stay.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren 2 Söhnen vor Ort; es uns sehr gut gefallen und erheblich zur Entspannung der Söhne beigetragen - Pool, Service sowie Internet nach 2 Wochen Rundreise.

Aber auch für uns Erwachsene war die Entspannung gegeben. Allein wenn man das Hotel betreten hat, mit der großen Eingangshalle und der angenehmen temperierten Luft, den großzügigen & wirklich schallgedämpften Zimmern. Und in einem muslimischen Land nicht zu unterschätzen ist die Tatsache, dass Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird; z.B. Abends draußen auf der Terrasse. Und es wird neben den gängigen und bekannten alkoholischen Getränk ein wirklich hervorragender lokaler Wein geboten!

Auch die Nähe zur Medina ist zu sehr positiv hervorzuheben, wie auch die Lage des Hotels an sich mit Blick auf die Medina.

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Die einzige Sache, die ich dennoch erwähnen möchte, sind die Preise in den beiden Restaurants, die für meinen persönlichen Geschmack etwas zu hoch angesiedelt sind.
Aber Fez als Stadt hat eine Fülle von Alternativen!
