Le personnel sympa et réceptif, lit confortable, calme, chambre spacieuse. Parking sécurisé avec barrière et gardien.
Fallait demander à chaque fois pour le café nespresso. Gel douche n'a pas été rempli le jour suivant. Baignoire difficile d'accès (glissé plusieurs fois).
L'hôtel est bien situé.
L'hôtel a besoin d'un réel rafraîchissement : la moquette, l'ascenseur, les salles de bain....
La salle de bain est dangereuse, faire attention aux chutes.
Le matelas est super ferme.
L'accès à Internet est limité à 15 minutes, du jamais vu dans un 5*!
The bed is comfortable. Location is great super close to the mall.
I think the front desk should ask cleaners to check the room first before sending the guest to the room to double check if its tidy. We found dusts on the tables.

+ het ontbijt
+ het zwembad was echt het hoogtepunt en de life guard verdient complimenten; goede gast!
Fez zelf is niet echt onze stad, maar des te fijner dat we een top hotel hadden waar we ons konden vermaken.

Как всегда наверное в Марокко везде проблемы с ванной комнаты вода плохо уходит туалете не лучше нужен ремонт где то плесень что то сломано!!
Мебель тоже уже устаревшая

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The service was excellent, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city. It is one of the nicest places to stay in Fes, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
