Propreté, calme, petit déj varié, personnel.
rapport service/prix très moyen. Même pas des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre ou un plat de fruits de saison.

La proximité de la Médina (nous avons pris un petit taxi), et le fait d’être en dehors du cahot de la circulation du centre-ville. La piscine malgré le fait que le bar soit en réfection, le personnel était attentif.

The staff were not friendly
La situation géographique est idéale et l'endroit assez calme, la piscine splendide
L'hôtel est devenu vétuste, les matelas sont déformés, il faut enjamber la baignoire pour prendre une douche et c'est dangereux quand vos pieds sont mouillés, manque de prise de courant, frigo vide et pourtant il y a un tarif indiqué ... le Wellness affiche une remise de 20% sur les prestations et quand vous la réclamez ils disent de l'action est finie (lol)
Le personnel n'est absolument pas accueillant il est habitué aux client qui arrivent en bus pour une journée. Quand les bus partent tôt 7-8 heure du matin), il n'y a plus de table propre pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet est sinistré. Dommage car avec peu d'effort il y a moyen de faire beaucoup mieux !!!
