Cons:

El hotel es bonito pero está muy descuidado y sucio. El personal se esforzaba pero parecía que no tenían ninguna formación ya que no sabían cómo hacer las cosas. Parecía que no tenían protocolos para nada. Se perdían y se les olvidaba todo lo que se les pedía. Falta muchísima limpieza en casi cualquier sitio.
Fueron amables pero a mí por lo menos, no me vale la pena volver.

Cons:

For a four-star hotel, I expected a higher standard. There were some strange stains on the bedsheets. There was no proper trash can in the room, only a very small one in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn’t cool properly. Overall, these details didn’t meet my expectations for a four-star hotel.

Cama amplia y muy buen desayuno. Buen trato. La piscina está muy bien.

Instalaciones bastante antiguas. Bañera y olor a tabaco en una de las habitaciones que reservamos.

Pros:

Cuando entré en el hotel me quedé asombrado de lo bonito que es en su interior. Muy bonito y elegante. La habitación muy elegante y bonita. Cama super cómoda y baño muy accesible. Imagino que el desayuno también será bueno pero no lo reservé. Aún así, habiendo pasado está estancia tan especial, hemos vuelto a hacer una reserva para finales de Abril/2027 para conocerlo mejor.

Cons:

El parking lo noté algo oscuro y falta de limpieza.
