Ok, tack vare läget.
Pros:

Toppen att busshållplatsen låg utanför dörren och att det var huvudgatan till centrum. Rummen verkar vara nymålade och badrummet hade ny inredning.

Cons:

Mattan på golvet var trasig och inget vettigt golv i badrummet. Våra blöta handdukar hann inte torka och vi fick inga nya. Sängen och kudden var hård. Vi träffade inte på någon trevlig välkomnande personal. Inget schampo i duschen. Extremt lyhört, vi hörde trafiken på gatan hela natten. Och alla som kom och gick i korridoren utanför.

Location was a bit outside of city, but that meant there was offroad parking, and the excellent bus services ran directly from outside property.

I understand why this was the last room available in Edinburgh—I wouldn't repeat the visit
Pros:

Right next to the bus stop into town, with great connections into Edinburgh. Very easy to find. Nearby supermarket (Sainsbury/Asda) for essentials like soap, which they provide little of.

Cons:

Room very cramped and poorly laid out. Felt very claustrophobic. Hard to find somewhere to put my glasses. Wallpaper peeling, with stains to both floor and walls. Bathroom sink not particularly good: either leaking or spilling out over the bathroom.

Avoid at all costs!
Pros:

Nothing! We arrived Friday told there was no water. It would be sorted within an hour. So after traveling we couldn’t have a wash before heading out. Still none the morning after. We found our other guests there hadn’t had running water for 3/4 days!

I wouldn't go back.
Cons:

The room was small and with a carpet that we didn't dare walk without shoes. Bathroom was small with no extractor. I could barely bend in the shower. When we arrived there wasn't anybody at reception for 15 minutes and when they finally appeared they weren't really bothered about it even though we had been calling them.

Las camas muy cómodas y la ubicación. Enfrente había una parada de autobús que te lleva fácilmente al centro y de regreso.

Cons:

No lo vi tan limpio, el suelo crujía y se escuchaba todo de todos lados, el baño no tenía buen aislamiento.
