A wonderful and relaxing stay with excellent service and a beautiful atmosphere.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beach/ swimming pool , and excellent facilities.

Cons:

The only downside was the location, as the property is a bit far from most attractions, restaurants, and other activities.

Cozy family resort
Pros:

We had a very relaxing and chill stay at this resort. Tucked away from the main road what makes it special and gives u the feeling of total relaxation. The spa was on our daily schedule and the breakfast was amazing with different types of dishes daily. The staff were all amazing and willing to provide the most beautiful experience to their guests

My daughter had a great time at Kids club and the Easter activities were great fun. Nim, Duran, May, Mook, Pai, Kanun!

Very comfortable family friendly resort
Pros:

Our stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Resort was wonderful. The rooms are incredibly spacious and very comfortable, especially if you’re traveling with family or a group. The twin beds are surprisingly large, making them perfect even for adults.

The resort has a beautiful, long stretch of beach, although unfortunately we weren’t lucky with the weather during our stay. Thankfully, the pool area was excellent, providing the perfect place to relax.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Yah, the stretching trainer, for the fantastic sessions, Khun Cream, the lovely hostess, and Top at the reception. They were all incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome.

I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with excellent service.

A Holiday We'll Never Forget
Pros:

Our stay at Le Méridien Phuket was truly unforgettable. We've been on many family holidays, but this one holds a special place in our hearts—we genuinely didn't want to leave.
Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful resort to the outstanding hospitality. Our kids adored the Kids Club, and a heartfelt thank you to Mook, Pai, and Duean for caring for them with such kindness and love. Mook was especially wonderful and made our children feel right at home.
It was also a pleasure meeting Director Matthew (Matt), whose warm welcome and genuine friendliness perfectly reflected the incredible service throughout the resort.
