Céntrico y nada lujoso
Pros:

Ubicación céntrica en el old Square que te permite llegar caminando a cualquier lugar. La atención del personal extremadamente amables, gentiles y serviciales. Jacky, Tomás y Niam fueron muy agradables en todo momento.

Cons:

Cuando llueve la calle del hotel se inunda y no te permite acceder al hotel, tuvimos que quitarnos los zapatos y caminar por aguas negras y sucias hasta la entrada. Deberían tener alguna estructura o darte impermeables para los pies por si eso ocurre, pues pudimos tener una infección. Además la habitación se sentía húmeda y algunas áreas descuidadas, además se nos inundó el baño porque el desagüe se tapó y tardó un rato para bajar.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a great spot on a quiet lane. It is very close to everything.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Mira, Harry and Tom!

Cons:

The pool is not located at the hotel. It's a 10 minute walk away.

Pros:

Tom and Anna, and all the team were welcoming right from the start. You get a welcome drink and some refreshing melon. The staff were always smiling and willing to help. The room was clean with really good air conditioning which is very welcome after the humid streets. The location is within walking distance for hoan Kiem lake, train street and the markets. The breakfast was exceptional lots of Vietnamese and European choices with good coffee and lots of fresh tropical fruits. Passion fruit seems very popular here. And I enjoyed the spa treatments. Prompt and efficient taxi service to and from the airport.

Cons:

If you can, ask for a room with a window view. My room had no natural daylight. Also the swimming pool is a 5 minute walk away, in another hotel, but I would still rate this hotel as fantastic value for money.

Great location, comfortable bed
Pros:

I loved the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to teach me the main statements ie omg that’s too much. Very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable in the superior dbl room and hot was was good pressure. Location was great right next to the big church. And it’s got an elevator

Brian,John,Anna and Mr Tom sont à l'écoute de leurs hôtes.Nous avons très bien été reçu. Ces cinq nuits ont été parfaites pour découvrir Hanoï. L'hôtel est très bien placé ,les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner et copieux et varié. Je recommande

L'emplacement et le confort du lit sont les points positifs

Cons:

Déception, sur l'absence de piscine dans l'hôtel, la propreté de la chambre (le sol surtout), l'odeur d'égoût dans la salle de bain, le petit déjeuné bondé. 15 jours au Vietnam, vraiment décevant par rapport à tous les autres hôtels que vous avons réservés. Il y a bien mieux à Hanoï pour ce prix!!

La stanza era spaziosa e luminosa. Lo staff molto gentile, Harry mi ha dato la possibilità di fare il check out posticipato alle 13. Ti danno anche un sacchettino con il caffè come ricordo. La colazione sia occidentale che asiatica
