Centraal gelegen, makkelijk in te checken, en prima matras. Propere kamer en badkamer .

Pros:

This was a no-nonsense simple place that was clean and does the job if you need a place to stay by the station. Staff was helpful and courteous, even if not very present.

It was nice to be able to store leftover food in a refrigerator. I appreciated staff doing that.

I also liked the lack of waste-- larger containers for shampoo and soap and reusable cups. Yay! Please continue to reduce use of plastics-- that's great.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have free coffee downstairs even if you did not order the whole "breakfast".
The coffee machine was expensive and did not work properly.

The room was very small and a little hard to get around. And I am a very small person!

Pros:

Easy location. Clean. AC - essential.

Cons:

Totally my fault, but I was at a conference where one of the venues was a bit of a walk. That said, Leuven is so easy to get anywhere on foot it wasn't much of a problem.

Air conditioning near the train station the staff was polite

Cons:

The bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable. I hit my head on the ceiling several times, and it wasn’t wide enough for me to sleep comfortably

Waar voor je geld en airco!!
Pros:

Personeel zéér vriendelijk, het was snikheet en de airco werkte goed, echt, dat was een kado en er was in de ontbijtruimte gelegenheid tot rustig zitten en lezen.

Cons:

De kamer was klein, maar ok toch!!

Quite good!
Pros:

It is clean and functional. Breakfast was decent most of the time. Super close to the station (it feels like the hotel is an annex to the station). Staff is polite and nice.

Cons:

Sometimes they had old fruits and yogurt for breakfast.
