Pros:

It's was close to the train stations

Cons:

They were quite a lot of extended guests living in the hotel. Noisy at night & my daughter felt uncomfortable as they were around the lobby area frequently.

Cons:

The architect must have worked for a submarine shipyard. The room is basic and not an inch wasted. If you want to pull up your trousers in the loo, it's best to open the door to have some space for the manoeuvre.

Cons:

No fridge and no kettle. While this may be a feature of an Ibis Budget, these two omissions, especially the lack of a kettle, would probably make me choose a different hotel next time.

Entering the room without knocking
Pros:

Room was decently big and comfortable. Bed's were good, and it's near the train station which makes it easy to reach. It's near the city center which is a plus.

Cons:

I'm shocked at the lack of privacy from housekeeping. Check out was at 12:00. At 8:30 housekeeping came inside the room without knocking while I was still sleeping!!! Then at around 10:00 they enter again. They knocked once and entered without waiting. I was getting dressed after taking a shower and I screamed for them to not come inside. Instead of immediately apologizing and closing the door, they waited, opened the door a bit more and then closed it. I don't understand if the concept of 12:00 check out doesn't make sense to them or knocking and waiting for a response is too hard, but this is unacceptable! No apology was offered for violating my privacy TWICE. I'm truly disappointed at the lack of professionalism from housekeeping and the hotel. This ruined my experience

Ideaal om een nachtje te verblijven, als je houdt van een eenvoudige, toch degelijke, hotelkamer!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De inkomhal en de ontbijtruimte zijn hip ingericht in een sportief thema. Het hotel ligt dichtbij het station, en buiten het centrum van Leuven. De kamers zijn basic ingericht, maar dit was voor ons ruim voldoende, en het was netjes. De bedden waren heerlijk opgedekt en de handdoeken lagen klaar. We hebben goed geslapen!

Good location
Pros:

Right next to the train station (with very little noise). Which made it perfect for a day trip into Brussels. Good clean hotel with friendly staff.

Cons:

We had the end room which was an odd shape.
