Cheiro de esgoto insuportável no banheiro. Tomadas que não funcionam, tinha só uma no quarto funcionando. Xícaras no café da manhã com mancha de batom, mal lavadas.

O prédio é antigo, porém mal cuidado e mal preservado. Porta que mal fecha, banheiro com azulejos mal cuidados, péssima hidráulica, sensação de desconforto. Quarto com cheiro de mofo.
