Location and parking excellent. Good view
The fact that prices go up due to Goodwood but I guess that’s every where
We travelled to the area for a wake at the hotel and this was very well organised by the hotel staff.
Reception staff are helpful and friendly.
On arrival we were allocated Room 58. I think we were allocated this room as we had requested a walk-in shower which it had. However, the room itself was so old fashioned, dark, small and to be honest drab. We were totally shocked. Shannon at Reception was exceedingly helpful in allocating us another room which was so much better - like staying in a different hotel.
Many issues need to be addressed regarding the breakfast service. Totally unorganised and unprofessional on both mornings. The guests in our party were all having cooked breakfasts but I wanted just toast as my breakfast. The cooked breakfasts took such a long time to be served and all I wanted was my toast. After enquiring so many times (both mornings) it was getting ridiculous.
The location was beautiful. Close to the beach and town and shops. Beautiful setting.
Excellent hotel with great staff, excellent service. Would definitely return to this place again. Highly recommend.

Didn't have a great night's sleep but not sure why that was.
location was superb, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Parking was easy right outside the hotel with an overflow car park behind if needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent too.

Area information, the leaflets are not exposed by the reception,we only discovered them on the corner while passing to the toilet!
Perhaps people don't look at them anymore? I gues our gen still do,and that many guests were that age
Fantastic location, delicious breakfast, very attentive staff, can’t praise all the staff from cleaners to reception enough. I hurt my knee and they managed to find me a walking stick.
I can walk up my stairs at home, so I thought I would be ok with a room two floors up but I was wrong, I think more warning that they get steeper. A lift would be a good idea!

Decent breakfast, comfy beds, nice location.
Was a bit too expensive for what it was.
We arrived slightly early and our room was ready, but we're told we'd need to pay an early check in fee. Bit annoying as we were going straight out to a party which meant we then had to call a number to check in post-10pm.
