Room was at the back of the hotel and so a bit noisy on occasions
Stayed in one of the beach houses with my 2 sisters. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Fabulous location on the sea front. Great private pool session, fab restaurant and indoor and outdoor bars at attached hotel. Enjoyed the Free cycle hire. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Shannon, Carla and Philip on the front desk were so welcoming and gave lots of imformation and tips for our stay. Will definitely stay again.
This hotel, which has free parking for residents, is right by the beach. Lovely location, can't fault it. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. No lift, so if you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor room. It is not easy getting into the bath to have a shower either, so ask about this before booking.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Location waa fantastic and unbeatable
The shower was very poor for this level of hotel and cost.It wss over a bath and had hardly any power .
The windiw had venetian blinds omky and the light came through the slats as there was no other windiw coverings like curtsins or blavl out blinds so you were wokem early by the light

Room was very comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day which was nice!
Didn't sample the breakfast as when we arrived we were told I hadn't booked it! It wasn't a problem as there is an excellent cafe next door!
We really liked everything about the hotel. Just one minor niggle was the shower which had very low water pressure and poor temperature control.
By our last morning the water was stone cold. But as we were staying in the heatwave it wasn't a problem at all! But wouldn't have liked it in cooler temperatures!

So happy to have found this wonderful ‘hidden gem’ of a hotel on the south coast. Situated right on the beach with sea views and the chance of beach walks and with amenities nearby. Beachcroft is also made extra special by its kind and dedicated staff look out for Cade in the restaurant, Shannon on reception and Sarah in housekeeping who cleans the rooms with loving care.

Location was perfect, just by the beach. Reception staff was efficient and welcoming. The room were a decent size, we had sea view and you could her the sea from wherever you were in the room. Kids share a room downstairs with a small terrace. For both rooms it was nice to be able to open the windows and have fresh air. We enjoyed the long walk along the sea, and having our feet in the clear water and the sand.
We would not recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel. The white wine was warm, the pork was too salty, the salmon overcooked, the broccoli under cooked, the cheese cake not set, the grattin dauphinois overpowered with mustard, left no place for the truffle sauce if it was present. We paid London prices which we were ok with and got a low standard food. It felt like an inconvenience to come fro breakfast, staff is stressed, and for some reason my daughter wanted simply the croissant and not hot food was not right. The eggs were advertised, but the scrambled arrived pale so washed out and tasteless. Very disappointed.
