The Beachcroft Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Today me and my husband popped down to the beach terrace for a couple of drinks and was served by Keira who was very lovely and looked after us and most importantly the dog !

Une très belle surprise dans cette ville balnéaire de charme! Un petit nid douillet très confortable et très propre. Une deco soignée. Un personnel très compétent et sympathique. Allez y les yeux fermés!

we have stayed here before and love the location and and local village cafes and pubs.

Location

Without a doubt the nicest hotel staff I have ever come across. The girls on reception were exceptional! We stayed in the penthouse and which was fab lots of space and very comfortable. Right on the beach great view from the balcony.

Great staff (I mean genuinely nice proper people), parking was easy too and the location is second to none

What a lovely find, we were on route to Brighton and another hotel cancelled on us last minute. This little gem of a place thankfully had a room. Possibly the nicest staff we hav ever come across and we stay in a lot of hotels,,,, each and every one of them went above and beyond to make us and our two small children feel welcome!

Spur of the moment decision as see a dog friendly hotel close to beach - was very positively surprised - it’s just next to the beach and very friendly staff. Beach bar offered simple food, we have not tried restaurant as that was one of the areas not accessible with dog but looked good as well. Note not all room are dog friendly - only those with terrace on ground floor; you also need to pay extra £27 for dog but you get dog kit and dog breakfast. We had a dinghy and SUP so location next to the almost empty beach was great.

We stayed at the beach huts which we were upgraded to from the normal hotels which delighted us. From the lovely complimentary cookies to the beautiful seafront which had a majestic sunsets and sunrises. The rooms were very clean which was up to our satisfaction and the atmosphere were was very calm and peaceful with no noise or disturbance whatsoever. Thank you so much for letting us stay and the catering team. Special thanks to Carla , Shannon and Caitlin.

We recently stayed in one of the modern, beautifully designed beach huts to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded all of our expectations.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in for a wonderfully relaxing few days. The thoughtful welcome touches made the occasion even more special, with roses and rose petals, towels beautifully arranged into hearts on the bed, cake waiting for us, and complimentary drinks chilled in the fridge.

We were fortunate to enjoy glorious weather during our stay, and the recently installed air conditioning was a fantastic addition. The bi-fold doors opened onto the private patio, which we kept open whenever we were in the beach hut, allowing us to enjoy the warm sunshine and the calming sound of the waves throughout the day. Watching both the sunrise and sunset from our accommodation was simply unforgettable.

Although the beach hut is situated close to the promenade, we actually enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, with early morning joggers and dog walkers often stopping to say hello or exchange a few words.

Having a continental breakfast delivered directly to the hut each morning made for a wonderfully relaxed start to the day. We also made full use of the complimentary bicycles, cycling from one end of the beachfront to the other. The private swimming pool booking system was another excellent feature, allowing guests to reserve the pool for exclusive half-hour sessions, making the experience feel even more luxurious.

Dinner in the hotel each evening was excellent, and throughout our stay nothing was ever too much trouble for the team.

We would especially like to thank Carla, who was incredibly helpful and informative from our very first enquiry through to booking our stay. Ellie was wonderful in arranging our swimming and dinner reservations, and Maisey/Laicee ensured our beach hut was beautifully prepared and so welcoming on arrival. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service made our anniversary celebration truly memorable.

Our stay was exactly what we needed to escape our busy work schedules, and we left feeling completely refreshed. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We had booked a night at the Beachcroft Hotel, as a last stay during our visit to South England, but were pleasantly surprised when we were told by the friendly hosts of the Beachcroft Hotel that we had received a free upgrade to one of their Beach Huts. The Beach Hut was simply amazing. Clean, well equipped and decorated, and with a terrace with a view of the beach and the surrounding area. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

Fabulous location and accommodation…. I would highly recommend.
Luxury beach hut, lots of room and amenities. Extra bonus being part of the hotel, so lots of benefits there also.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff - couldn’t fault them.
We will be back!

I have stayed here a few times on business and will never stay again - I booked a room for £185.
Paid in full and tried to cancel with a 6 days notice - they refused to give me any refund.

I understand is it was 50% or 75% refund - but to refuse a full refund of almost £200 with almost a weeks notice is plain robbery!!
