Ac is not ok every day night i call them bec its hot..
No one helped me with my bags for checkin..
Buffet not safety my daughter burn her hand while doing waffle no one is there to make we have to do it

Cons:

Camera foarte mica pentru 2 ad plus 1 copil 15 ani,la micul dejun nu au nici un fel de suc,.

Top Hotel in Bursa
Pros:

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Räumlichkeiten, schöner Ausblick auf die Stadt. Die Seife/Shampoo etc. riechen soooo gut. Frühstück war lecker. Wenn wir wieder in Bursa sind, kommen wir gerne wieder :). Danke Hampton by Hilton!

الموقع ممتاز.

Cons:

تضارب في مستوى التعامل بين موزفي الاستقبال. الموظفة التي أنهت لي إجراءات الدخول كانت محترمة جداً و ودودة أما التي أنهت لي إجراءات الخروج فكانت غير ودودة أبداً و جافة في التعامل.
الإفطار أقل من المستوى العادي.

Ailemle birlikte kalacağım için Hilton tercih ettim ama beklentimi kesinlikle karşılamadı.
Pros:

Kahvaltı güzeldi.

Cons:

2 ufak kızımla gittik. Onlar için hazırlamış oldukları çekyatın yatma yeri tahtaydı, odadaki yorganları koyup yumuşatmaya çalıştık.

Goed verblijf met enkel minpunt warm water om re drinken op dekamers

Cons:

Ongekoeld water op de kamer bij aankomst, was 30 graden, receptie gebeld of ze dit konden omwisselen, kon niet was ander water ( op kamer 0,5 l en bij receptie 330 ml) oh wat een groot probleem, kon wel tegen meerprijs ( volgende dag wel kosteloos bij ontbijt beschikbaar) dit vind ik geen service, kwam om 22.00 uur aan in hotel, warme dag

Hoewel aantal personen bekend was, waren de 2 opklapbedden om 22.30 “ avonds nog niet klaargemaakt
