Bursa'da düzenlenen dağ koşusu organizasyonu için şehre geldik ve bu otelde sadece bir gece konakladık. Ancak bu kısa süre bile otel ekibinin misafirlerine ne kadar değer verdiğini görmek için fazlasıyla yeterliydi.
Otel gerçekten muhteşem. Odalar çok konforlu ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltı son derece lezzetli ve zengindi. Fakat bizi en çok etkileyen şey, çalışanların profesyonelliği ve samimiyeti oldu.
Özellikle resepsiyonda görev yapan Cennet Hanım'a içten teşekkürlerimizi sunmak istiyoruz. Ertesi sabah erken ayrıldığımız için kendisiyle vedalaşma fırsatı bulamadık. Güler yüzü, nezaketi, ilgisi ve her konuda yardımcı olma isteği sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. İşini böylesine sevgiyle yapan çalışanlar bir otelin en büyük değeridir.
Ayrıca housekeeping ekibinden Taha Mert beye de teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Son derece güler yüzlü, nazik ve işini büyük bir özenle yapan bir çalışan. Odamızın temizliği kusursuzdu.
Otelin ekibi misafir memnuniyetini en üst seviyede tutmayı başarıyor. Burada herkes, misafirlerin mutlu ayrılması için gerçekten büyük bir özveriyle çalışıyor.

Atendente que nos fez o checkin (Cece se nao me engano), extremamente educada e prestativa. Excelente atendimento e rápido. Hotel com excelente café da manhã e amenidades.
A cama para crianças (sofá cama) deixou a desejar. Todos ficaram com dores nas costas pelo colchão fino, sem nada para amenizar o impacto dos ferros da estrutura, e também não estavam montados.
Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve zengindi. Ürünlerin lezzeti harikaydı.
Yatak çarşaf ve nevresimler terletti.
