Perfect!
Pros:

Lovely rooms, great location and the staff were amazing!

Cons:

Nothing! For light sleepers there is some noise from the road as it’s in the middle of the Old Quarter but wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

Perfect location and wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and so friendly! The customer service is excellent! The location was incredible. Easy to navigate Hanoi from here and I loved having a balcony to watch the bustling nightlife!

Outdated hotel with a noisy environment
Pros:

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was good and convenient to walk to cafes & shops.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel felt very worn out - both the room and facilities looked much older than the photos online.

We were also given a room on the 8th floor, but the elevator only went up to the 7th, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs.

The location is central and convenient, but the traffic noise & honking was constant and made it hard to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated, but overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nice place for short stays.
Pros:

Location is quite good at the heart of Hanoi old quarters. Front desk staff Frodo was very helpful. All major attractions are nearby. Hello helped us arranging a day tour of halong bay cruise trip deal.
They switched is to a better room when air conditioning broke in our original room.

Cons:

Breakfast options are very limited
Building and rooms are on a smaller size. Top floor rooms on 7th and 8th floor can be noisy from street sounds late at night

Kind staff and good location if you want to be in the Old Quarter.

Cons:

We booked the superior double room, which didn’t have windows (which we suspected and were okay with). However the ventilation was pretty poor - the room felt quite “damp” and sticky which made sleeping uncomfortable and is causing some mold issues in the bathroom.

Ấn tượng đầu tiên vào sảnh là rất hôi. Chiếc ghế sofa bọc vải ở sảnh có vẻ nhưng rất lâu rồi không được vệ sinh. Phòng nghỉ được sịt 1 loại nước hoa rất hắc. Trang thiết bị trong phòng giống nhà nghỉ hơn là 1 khách sạn
