Pros:

Luke var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende. En veldig fin velkomst etter en lang reise! Han ordnet tidlig innsjekking, bar bagasjen min og hjalp meg med alt jeg trengte. De andre ansatte var også hyggelige og behjelpelige.

Hotellet føles kanskje ikke helt som fire stjerner, men beliggenheten var veldig god.

Det ligger i en spennende gate med flere kule vintage- og bruktbutikker. Alt i alt et greit opphold, med Luke som et stort pluss!

Cons:

Rommet var helt greit, men kunne vært renere og var ganske lytt. Det var også et vindu mellom rommene hvor lys fra naborommet slapp gjennom om natten, noe som gjorde at rommet føltes mindre privat.

Clean, great staff but a bit noisy
Pros:

The staff here are genuinely lovely. Mr Luke in particular was super helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were on the top floor - we also had a balcony which overlooked the street and it was beautiful. Location is great in the old quarter- we walked everywhere, close to the weekend night market, beer street, lots of great shops and food spots. We also had washing done while we were there - gave it in the morning and it was done by nighttime.

Cons:

While the location is great, it’s also a downfall - it’s quite noisy at night. If you struggle with sleeping at all you’ll need some hard core ear plugs. Reception gave us earplugs to help with the noise, but it is still quite loud as you’re in the heart of the action - close to beer street clubs and pubs. Not a fault of the hotel - just something to bear in mind when booking.

Needs a lot of renovation work and cleaning

Location was the ok, in a busy area

Cons:

It was really dirty in the communal areas (the lift and outside the room).
They were doing building work in reception which we were not made aware of before.
The room was tiny and lots of chipped paint, holes, random crack covered with paper, mouldy smell.
Breakfast was basic
The Booking.com photos make it look a lot nicer than it actually is. Expensive and not 4* - there are much nicer hotels in Hanoi
