Lovely property with main facilities (heating , air drier , bathrobe ) and very attentive staff
The Taxy I had booked through them to reach the airport arrived 20 minutes late as they got the directions of the booking switched . All went well but worth 3x checking they got it the booking right.
The hotel is great, only a 5-minute walk away from Plaza de armas. The rooms are great, spacious with a very large bed. They helped us when we needed to store our luggage, organise taxis or have one room for longer in the afternoon.
The room was nice and comfortable although a bit small.
Very noisy room. You could hear people talk outside and while going up and downstairs as my room was upfront on the first floor. As people usually leave early for excursions, the noise started very early in the morning.

Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to help us with everything. Room was very nice, clean, and with a huge bed.
Prior to the stay, communication with the hotel was not that easy (they were not reactive to messages on Booking nor to emails). We think it's because people from Tierra Viva are managing that, instead of the hotel staff themselves. Once we got the WhatsApp number of the actual hotel staff, everything got solved quickly.

Estava tudo otimo
El personal es excelente y el desayuno espectacular. Pudimos ingresar un rato antes del horario de check in ya que había disponibilidad y también pudimos dejar nuestras pertenencias en la recepción luego del check out hasta el momento de irnos al aeropuerto. El hotel también nos organizó el traslado desde y hasta el aeropuerto.
Sólo tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente pero fue solucionado en tiempo razonable, son cosas que pueden pasar en cualquier propiedad, lo importante es que lo arreglaron sin demoras.
Calm and nice space.
Breakfast was in a freezing cold room (wearing hats and coats!). No water dispenser, had to ask staff each time to fill up water bottles in the staff kitchen. Room was noisy due to the road and thin windows. Location was a little far from centre.

I was very with my stay here. They have a great , helpful staff. They will hold your bags for you while you go on tours. The free breakfast is awesome!

Location was not very good. The area is undergoing transformation, looks quite squalid and dilapidated and is rather far from the city center. The building is small and packed, not comfortable overall. I got a very noisy room. The noise woke me up every morning around 5 am. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with the main dish either cold or missing altogether, cold or lukewarm coffee, poor choices, no pastries. There is poor sound insulation, so you hear the kitchen noises while you are having breakfast. The dining area were breakfast is served was freezing cold in the morning.
Super lief en behulpzaam personeel de kamers waren ruim en de douche met lekker warm water. De locatie is top vlakbij de plaza de armas maar het ligt op een rustige gedeelte van het centrum. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de kok erg vriendelijk en attent. Alles top!
