The staff were all very friendly, very approachable and were calm and professional when dealing with an issue. Big shout out to Chris and the DM on the night team on Friday 12th June. I liked that they had a 'book taxi' kiosk in reception, but sadly you need cash (I'm too used to Uber that I didn't think to bring cash so couldn't use it).
We had tickets to download festival, so we 'checked in' at 12. They didn't have any rooms available then which was expected as check in wasn't until 3pm, but was assured that the desk is open for check in 24/7 and our room would be ready when we get back from the festival. Sadly when we got to the hotel at 11.45pm this was not the case. But the lovely guy Chris on front desk handled the situation well and was very quick to fix the issue, but it did mean that we had a slight delay with getting into our rooms after a very tiring day. We ended up with an accessible room, which as lovely and as spacious as it was, the bathroom situation wasn't ideal. Sadly the bathroom turns into a wet room and there wasn't anything to clean it up with post showering. Would benefit from adding a mop, additional towels or a squeegee on a long stick to make the room safer.
Very easy to get to from the motorway Lovely clean hotel Would definitely stay here again the bar nice and the restaurant was also good.
Just bear in mind that you have to add another 15 pounds to your stay to pay for the car park per night

Parking charge
A really welcoming and accommodating hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for our children on their birthdays. Kids eat free. Breakfast was superb and the variety was amazing.
For the adults, the mini bar in room was free. We had a massive and very comfortable bed and a delicious meal in the restaurant.
We paid £15 for the car park. Perhaps guests could park for free?
