Spot On Raddison
Pros:

It felt like I was in a swanky 5star London hotel - our check in at 2.15am was swift and smooth, our room was huge with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Our breakfast was awesome, a really wide selection/options, the hot food was hot and tasty and the fresh fruit was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was bright and airy and spotlessly clean, every member of staff we met was warm friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be returning!

Lovely stay with family
Pros:

Lovely hotel room was amazing big with outside area to sit in - we chose the superior room. Breakfast was nice lots of different things to try

Pros:

This was just a convenient spot for me to rest. I am very disappointed with the customer desk staff member.

Cons:

The staff could have been a bit better in explaining the hotel accommodation and food service etc. Didn't even have the courtesy to point out which direction the lift was in so I could get to my room. However, it was vet nice in letting me check in early, which I did appreciate.
