Pros:

The customer service. We had a slight problem and Daniel sorted it out for us with simple but thoughtful suggestion. He went the extra mile which is why we come back. The price and quality of product is comparable but the Radisson customer service is always better than the rest.

Cons:

No hair dryer in the room

Very comfortable. i would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was very very busy during our stay. Unusually busy, but the bar and restaurant staff didn't buckle under pressure. The rooms where comfortable and spacious. A stone throw away from the airport.

Cons:

The crowd's of people from the car show. Not the hotels fault BUT, this was very noisy. the hotel did well to accommodate us. But getting a table was tricky

Rubbish
Pros:

It was in a needed location.

Cons:

Parking was £15 per night and free last time I came.
Room was too hot and aircon barely worked.
The ‘fridge’ (cool box) was even hotter than the room. What’s the point of having an item the same size as a fridge that you plug in.

But just isn’t remotely cold.

Cleaning staff just let themselves in without knocking or calling out at 0900. Thanks I only checked in for a good nights sleep.

Good stay for the purpose, could have been a better experience.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Good clean decor, small lobby area but didn’t matter much for the purpose of our stay as we were going into the city centre which wasn’t cheap by taxi! Not as much to do on site as I thought there would be. Rooms were nice.

Cons:

With just one restaurant there’s not much choice and not much to do in the lobby area which is quite small as it is. Some hotels now have a few more things for entertainment. Even if it’s just books and board games, in a stylish way of course.

Facilities and staff great. Food and drink extortionate.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and very presentable.

Cons:

Given you are limited on food and drinks options locally, the restaurant menu seems hugely overpriced (£23 for a chicken Caesar salad that wasn’t the best by way of presentation). Work trip so no real stress but would feel overcharged as a fully paying customer.
