Super Location für ein paar entspannte Tage
Pros:

Sehr freundliche, persönliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Tolle Lage oberhalb des Ortes. Schöner , großer Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Super Essen

Pros:

Alles Super sehr Netter Empfang.Super schönes Zimmer.
Toller Balkon mit Super Ausblick hatten das Glück der Infrarot Kabine auf dem Zimmer.Heimatabend mit Toni war spitze super Stimmung mit Musik wir kommen wieder.
Carport vorhanden sehr gepflegte Anlage .Abendessen auf Michelin Sterne Nivau.Sehr schöne Ausflüge Sölden 007 Elements ,Achenkogel ,Aqua Dome usw unbedingt eine Summer Card holen.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft hat uns alles gefallen .Schlecht ist das man im Sommer mit der Ötztaler Gästekarte kein kostenlosen Stadtbus fahren kann .Die Bustickets nach Sölden ist meiner Meinung zu teurer da ,haben dann alles mit dem eigenen Auto erkundet.

Sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern. Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war extrem vielfältig und die Qualität auch für ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht selbstverständlich. Das 6 Gänge-Menü war sehr gut mit vielen Wahlmöglichkeiten. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse mit zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten gefallen, auf der man den Abend ausklingen lassen konnte. Der Pool ist sauber, mit vielen Liegestühlen zum entspannen.

perfekter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Alles aufzuzählen wäre ein bisschen viel, aber z.B. beim Essen bleiben keine Wünsche offen, sowohl das Frühstück, der Kuchen am Nachmittag sowie das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und für jeden ist was dabei. Der Wellnessbereich ist mit 2 Saunen und einem Dampfbad ausreichend um zu entspannen. Es gibt Tee und Wasser, was nicht üblich ist in Wellnessbereichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Aussichten auf die Berge phänomenal. Besonders positiv ist der Service, die MitarbeiterInnen sind super nett und kümmern sich um deine Bedürfnisse. Es gibt also wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

uns persönlich waren die Bettdecken viel zu warm, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau :-)

Tout était parfait comme nous l’espérions. Nous étions venus dans cet hôtel il y a 12 ans. Il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et tout ce que nous avions apprécié à l’époque était toujours d’actualité : calme, personnel sympathique et une cuisine de premier ordre !

Ab Sekunde 1 bekommt man hier das Gefühl willkommen und im Urlaub zu sein. Es ist ein Traum! Die anderen Kommentare übertreiben auf gar keinen Fall. Es ist wirklich alles bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht und einfach zauberhaft. Das Personal ist super freundlich, der Chef ebenfalls total nett. Alles ist schön und sauber und es gibt sogar für alle jeden Tag einen Snack am Nachmittag. Das Essen ist köstlich! Das Hotel hatte auch gute Tipps parat für Ausflüge und die Umgebung ist schon einfach bezaubernd. Unser Zimmer mit dem Zirbenholz war einfach wunderschön.

Cons:

Wirklich absolut nichts. Es war wunderschön!

Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich und gibt alles, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und das Ambiente äusserst einladend. Die Saunalandschaft sowie die Panoramaterrasse sind super schön gestaltet.
Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen und wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch bei euch.

Pros:

Le lieu, le personnel, l’emplacement, le soin accordé aux détails (de partout y compris dans le plafond de la chambre mais je ne veux pas spoiler) , tout est une expérience, les prestations culinaire excellentes!

Cons:

Rien… allez peut être le jour dans la chambre le matin …
